Exchangeable Value is addressed in 2 ways:

1. Directly through service

If you are hungry, you can eat directly in a restaurant. Here, the service is the actual making of a dish.

2. Indirectly through wholesale-retail and commerce or logistics.

You can also buy food from a store or grocery which was already made elsewhere. Here, the service is the storage and display of the food items.
