I&rsquo;m 51 and I&rsquo;m wanting to write a book.</p> <p><strong>Bashar:</strong> Do you think that as you go through the process itself of writing the book that certain memories will not come to the forefront? Anytime you go through a process that is representative of what excites you the most, all the things that you need to know about yourself come up through the process. That&rsquo;s what it&rsquo;s for. It&rsquo;s going to open me up into of course because that is your desire. And it will open you up at exactly the right place at the right time so that you will have the knowledge you need to have in order to be the person you need to be to write the book that needs to be written.</p>
