Carla would like to know if she can do one exercise of one hour a day, and is the pain she feels prior to a session due to an Orion attack?

Now that the intensive period is over, she may exercise one period rather than two. We find the current period of exercise at the limit of her strength.

I have a broken foot. My left foot the sesses bone is broken.

There’s a kind of a belief from the medical practice. there’s also a mass mind belief that a a break like this or injury like this takes them two to six weeks to heal. Usually six weeks being the case. I’d like to have it healed by Monday.
