So about a year ago today, a little over a year ago, I was walking I was in the king’s chamber, walked out, took a picture of the full moon and looked at the picture later and there was a ship in it. And I’m wondering what was in the ship and what message they might have for whoever seen the picture.

Bashar

Again, your camera equipment can pick up on ships that may be invisible to the eye because it can see more deeply into certain spectra of light. There are many ships coming and going, a lot of traffic around your planet. Sometimes you will perceive it with your own senses. Sometimes your equipment will pick it up. We perceive that this may have simply been individuals on a reconnaissance mission observing the area and observing and balancing the energy of the pyramid so that perhaps people on your planet will have more efficacy in being immersed in the vibrational energy. They are in a sense attempting to repair the energy of the pyramid since it kind of has been lost for so long.

So they weren’t there for me.

Bashar

If you were in the pyramid in a sense they were there for you at that timing but they are there for anyone who goes in who wants to take advantage of that frequency. It doesn’t mean you don’t have a connection to them. But the idea is that they were simply going about their business and trusting the synchronicity that anyone that was there at the time is in some way shape or form taking advantage of what it is they were giving you.

And can you please tell me where on this planet it behooves me to live to fulfill my highest passion and the formula and the frequency and all that good stuff.

Smack in the middle of Antarctica.

Do you not understand that this is a part of your passion? When we talk about the idea of acting on your passion, all the components need to be aligned. What it is you’re passionate about, where it is you’re passionate about being, with whom you are passionate about interacting, how you are passionate about doing, all the components need to be there or it’s not really representative of your highest passion of the highest frequency. So is there a particular place at the moment without assumption you will wind up there that you are drawn to? Before you answer, let me explain. Remember when we talk about acting on your passion, sometimes your passion will come to you in a form that doesn’t necessarily represent what will come to fruition. This is why it’s important to have no insistence or assumption about what the outcome will be about acting on that form that the passion comes in. Because sometimes your passion will come to you in a form that is simply enough inducement to get you to take an action that will make you wind up where you need to be so that what really needs to happen can happen more easily. So you just need to follow the thread of passion and know that it will deliver what you need. So even though you may not completely wind up there, where are you most excited to live?

Well, you’re in California right now. So, does anything prevent you from living in California?

A daughter who loves school in New York.

Bashar

But you go back and forth as often as you can. Yes. Because remember, your daughter is part of your passion. Yes. So, how old is your daughter?

She’s in eighth grade.

Bashar

All right. Does your daughter also want to live in California?

Asker

She prefers New York. I think.

Bashar

You think you don’t know.

She’s there in a blizzard right now.

Bashar

So, she must like it.

Asker

Maybe. Or maybe she’s wishing she was with her mother in California.

All right. So, the idea is communication is one of the forms of abundance. So, if you talk about the idea of what you’re passionate about and let her talk about what she’s passionate about and you both use your creative imagination to figure out something that will work for both of you, then you can include everyone that’s important to you in your passion. They can include everyone that’s important to them in their passion. And you can find something that works for both of you or all of you. But you have to be willing to be creative and go with the flow knowing that you will get exactly what you need and so will she and anyone else involved. But you have to communicate and be creative in understanding what it is that actually works for you because maybe you don’t need to be in California as often as you think.

I am grateful for you for opening me to my passion and purpose which I have discovered in the past few years is much bigger than I think I’m capable of.

I am confronting a lot of my boundaries of self-worth and capacity.

For me to be fully in my purpose, passion, I need other people to be on that same space of openness.

Why?

Asker

Because I want to create community centers for the children.

Bashar

All right? But don’t you understand that you have to be in that vibration first before you can attract other people of similar vibration. And if you’re waiting for them to be in that vibration, you will wait forever.

Asker

Yes. And this brings me to my specific question around how I’m trying to work within the environment of the government with the businesses with the community, people and the parents and the students trying to bring them all together and there’s some huge divides right now.

Bashar

That’s all right. But you are serving the purpose of maybe working with them to figure out how you can dissolve those divides. And maybe that’s one of the more important things for you to do first.

Asker

Yes, that would be accurate.

Bashar

Well, is that exciting?

Asker

That is exciting. That is exciting.

Bashar

Then what’s the problem?

Asker

Well, okay. The specific challenge is this AI issue and technology issue because half the families and educators I talk with are paranoid and like excluding technology from everything in the classroom and at home. They would like to have those forest schools and just hands-on everything. And the other group realized that our kids are the digital, you know, they are digital natives. We have AI. We’re not going to put that back in the tube.

Bashar

No, you’re not. It’s going to become fully integrated into your society. As long as you have the creative imagination to figure out how to do that, it will be fine.

Asker

So creative imagination as a community. Can we do this?

Bashar

Of course you can, but you have to be there first.

Asker

Be there first, meaning create the thing first.

Bashar

Start sitting down and looking at all the ways you can imagine that such a thing can be introduced and infused and embedded into your society in creative ways that might allow barriers and resistance to be dissolved.

Asker

And so do it as a community to co-create the community.

Bashar

Do it as you first. That’s what I’m telling you. You need to be the first member of that community. You need to be representative. You need to be the living example of how that community would behave.

Asker

Okay?

Bashar

So do whatever you need to do in your creative imagination to figure out how to make that kind of vision work.

Asker

So put the plan together.

Bashar

Yes.

Asker

And articulate it really well.

Bashar

And have a space in your plan for the plan to change.

To change. Yes. Okay. Makes a lot of sense.

I know.

Asker

I know. And how much should the youth be involved in envisioning these plans?

Bashar

How much do you want to invite them to be involved?

I would love them to be the designers of it.

Bashar

But you have to be there, too.

Yes.

So, whoever as a youth is attracted to help you with that, you can put it out there. If you get someone, that’s wonderful. If you don’t get someone, that’s wonderful, too. You will start somewhere. But start. You have to be the person that starts it. You have to be the person with the vision. You have to be the person of the frequency of that reality. And it is to that frequency that people of like mind will gravitate.

my teenage daughter is 14. And I would love to bring some light or get some insight in this division that I have going on within myself about I value freedom highly and I never would like to be told what to do. Very kind of rebellious spirit. So I want to be very free with her and let her just also like be you babe. Do your thing.

Bashar

You can only do that so far with a child. You have to be the parent.

Asker

Yes, thank you for that. But so she’s about to be 15 and she has some things happening with her like defiance disorder, whatever they call it and a little bit of like in the spectrum. So the thing I struggle with is the electronics use. That’s like our battle. When I let that be free, it’s like we live in peace and harmony and everything is good. But the moment I try to set any control around it, it’s like the defiance come out and then according to the therapist, whatever that means, it’s like the more I push, the more she pulls and it becomes this battle and it’s just a part of me just wants to just stop.

Bashar

Stop. Okay. Thank you. It is up to you as the teacher, as the parent to use your creative imagination to find alternatives she would be attracted to. You have to be creative enough to create those for her so that she is naturally able to gravitate. Her curiosity is able to gravitate to those things. It’s almost like you have to set up a treasure hunt or a puzzle hunt in such a way that it connects to her natural curiosity to allow her to put the electronics down and be willing to go on this adventure. But you have to be creatively imaginative enough to create the adventure that will attract her to do so.

Okay. So I feel like I do create these opportunities.

Bashar

Such as.

Such I’m always like let’s do this, let’s do that.

Bashar

No no no no no no. It’s not let’s do this, let’s do that. That means you’re still ordering her to do something. I’m talking about, for lack of a better term, being more sneaky about it. You have to lay breadcrumbs for her to follow. It’s like, you’re not doing anything. Oh, what’s this? I found this unusual thing. Can you help me figure this out? You have so much experience playing with your electronics. I’ll bet you’re really good at figuring this out. Can you help me with that? That’s how you approach curiosity. That’s how you allow her to know. You value her skills that she has learned by doing what she has been doing. You entice. You don’t go let’s do this. I captain is all she hears. So you have to be a little more subtle about this and more creative about this and draw her curiosity to something. A bit at a time, a bit more, a bit more. Ultimately, if you’re really successful at doing that and you can engage other people to help you concoct these kinds of things if you don’t feel you can do it all yourself. But bit by bit, you may find that she will be so interested in these little mysteries and these little things that she will be engaged in that she will probably balance herself out as well and not do the electronics as much or maybe even forego that for a day because she’s so interested in what it is you have set up. That doesn’t look like a setup at all. It looks like her idea.

Okay. I have a hard time with the fact that

Bashar

I beg your pardon. You have a hard time. That’s a belief, you know. It’s not a fact. You have convinced yourself you have a hard time with this. Where’s your creative imagination?

Asker

No, I engage her in some things, but the main thing I’m having a hard time is getting her out of the house.

Bashar

You’re not paying attention. You have to come up with something that is so enticing she will want to leave the house. You need to really expand your creative imagination or call upon people who do those kinds of things for a living and ask them to help you figure out something that will divert her attention and make her want to divert her attention. There are ways to do that, but you have to be willing to explore that. Okay? Not about ordering her to do things.

Asker

So, we live in Maui and mainly there is no much of like teenager activities. It’s nature.

Bashar

It doesn’t have to be a teenager activity. Stop limiting yourself with all of these assumptions. You’re stopping yourself before you start. Okay? By coming up with reasons why it won’t work. There aren’t enough teenagers there. We live in nature. Oh, no. How terrible.

Asker

According to her, it is terrible.

Bashar

That’s because she is resisting the way in which you’re doing it. You need to retrain her by retraining yourself because she’s only reflecting what it is you demand in your own life. I want to be free. So does she. But you need to come up with things that automatically engage both of you. Not in a demanding way, not in a way of you going, “Let’s do this today.” But again, you have to engage her with mystery, with subtlety, with creativity and imagination.

Sometimes I have the feeling that I’m inside of a movie you know like this whole thing already happened and I have this strong feeling that’s

Bashar

Well in a sense you are, you’re creating the projection. You have laid out your life path as kind of a blueprint or a template in spirit and you are letting it unspool in physical terms. So if you are expanding your consciousness, sometimes you can be in touch with what you have already laid out in spirit and it can seem like a kind of deja vu experience of I guess I’ve lived this before because I’m in touch with what I already laid out for my entire life path. So you can tap into that now and then and things may feel a little bit like a movie in physical reality because you are seeing that you’re playing out what you’ve already set up. So in that way, life is sort of a destiny.

Asker

There is not much I can do about it.

Bashar

Oh, there’s a lot you can do about it. The idea is that free will and destiny work together. What you’re calling destiny is the free will of your soul. That said, I am going to have this experience. Yes, there’s nothing you can do about being the you that you are. Every experience you have will be had as you. As the soul decided what this physical personality will be for learning these lessons. Your free will governs how you experience the things, the challenges, the lessons that your soul laid out. So you can do it quickly or slowly. You can have a broader scope of how many people you affect or a few. You can decide to act on 20 things that are representative of your passion or one. So you can change those things, but you will live out those challenges because that’s what the soul you as a soul have decided you need for this experience. So you made that decision. So you’re only following your own destiny.

The first time I ever came to see you, I was lucky enough to get picked and you absolutely wowed me. I assume that my oldest daughter, who’s on the autism spectrum, was part of the hybrid. Possibly because she has lights outside of her window often. She now lives downtown Nashville in a high-rise and they even come visit her there.

Bashar

Well, yes. It’s not so much that in a classic sense she’s part of the hybridization agenda, but let’s just say she has friends that are checking in.

Okay. I was curious if my youngest is also part of the program.

Bashar

Your whole family is. In various different ways. Yeah.

Okay. Because my youngest, she I send her Bashar clips and she enjoys the information, but it freaks her out a little bit. So, I was curious whether she was in.

I’m an acupuncturist. Acupuncture is my obsession. I’m reading the text from 2,000 years ago in traditional Chinese medicine, and it’s making references to these ascended beings who have lived hundreds of years old. I’m wondering if they have any correlation to ET.

Interstellar Alliance

Asker

My question is I really want to talk about the work that I’m doing in supporting building a satellite space station. And it has been such an honor and a journey and a privilege to help anchor and bring this work out into the world. And I want to know that I was given the name Interstellar Earth Alliance. And I want to know how is that connected with the Interstellar Alliance?

Bashar

Well, it’s a representation of the idea of Earth becoming part of eventually the Interstellar Alliance. So, every planet that is part of the Interstellar Alliance has in a sense This doesn’t necessarily mean it’s all represented the same, but in a sense has its own embassy, so to speak, on those planets so that there is a version, an access point for the Interstellar Alliance on any world that is a member of it. So, just saying Interstellar Earth Alliance is another way of saying that there is an access point to the Interstellar Alliance that is now forming and growing on the Earth so that eventually everyone that wishes to contact the Interstellar Alliance will have an access point on your planet.

Asker

Thank you. And I feel that you have a piece of information for me, the next step for the alliance. And so I’m here to receive that next step and the guidance for the station and how it can continue to serve humanity.

Well, are you following the formula?

I believe so. I think there is

There was a little bit of hesitation. A little bit of hesitation in your answer.

Asker

There is. And what is the hesitation?

Bashar

I think there’s fear of failure, fear that maybe I’m not doing it right or listening well enough or that I’m underneath there is am I building it fast enough?

Asker

Do you understand the idea of timing as opposed to time? If you could explain the difference, that would be helpful.

Bashar

Well, when you say I’m not doing it fast enough, that means you’re not trusting the timing in synchronicity as it unfolds in your life. So the fear, in a sense, is actually slowing everything down that could be happening. And so the idea is this is the wisdom of the phrase, the only thing you have to fear is fear itself, because when you focus on the idea that you might be afraid of something, you’re the one that’s actually applying the brakes.

Asker

Yeah. So I can feel that.

Bashar

Why would be the question. Why would you allow yourself to focus on the fear aspect instead of simply trusting that the way things are unfolding is the way they need to unfold in perfect timing. And just allow the way it unfolds to be what it needs to be, using up every moment, staying in the process, knowing that whatever’s happening in any given moment is part of the process of getting you there. And allowing yourself to really use it and then let it transition into the next moment instead of worrying that you’re not doing something correctly or this or that or the other thing. What you are attracted to, what is representative of your passion is an indication of what you have agreed to do in this life. What lessons you have agreed to learn. So, however it unfolds and whatever it is you are put to face, whatever process you are going through at any given moment is exactly the thing that needs to be there to get you where you need to go. So, you have to trust the way your life unfolds and interact with everything in the way that it unfolds from a positive point of view knowing that if you stay positive, you’ll be able to extract the benefit from whatever is happening no matter how it looks.

Asker

Okay. So, this awareness that I’ve had of what the fear I’m experiencing is helping me to build tools for others who might be experiencing the same thing as they step into first contact.

Bashar

That’s part of it possibly, yes. But again, this will happen naturally if you just follow your passion without fear. And again, no insistence on the outcome.

Asker

That is the piece right there. No insistence, no attachment.

Bashar

Well, again insisting on a particular outcome is saying that there couldn’t possibly be any better outcome than what I’ve imagined. That’s egotistical. You have to trust that whatever outcome is happening or is going to happen will actually be the outcome that serves the best of all concerned. You have to trust that that’s the way it works if you stay in the vibration of your passion because no other kind of outcome can happen if you stay in the vibration of your passion. It doesn’t matter that it may not look like you imagined. What you imagined is a symbolic representation of the ideal outcome. It doesn’t have to literally happen the way that you’ve pictured it because the way your physical mind has pictured it may not actually be as grand as the way your soul can create it. So, don’t insist on an outcome because the insistence is actually a limitation on what might happen that could be many times better than what you pictured with your physical mind.

Thank you for that reminder. That’s very helpful. All right. Another question is how will the station support and be supported by the hybrids?

Bashar

Don’t worry about that right now. After open contact, you will be told who the hybrids are and interactions between humans and hybrid extraterrestrials will take their natural course. You will see when you have an opportunity to interact with them and how they can help. So, don’t worry about that right now.

My first question is about petrichor. The smell that we experience during rain and also in some places where there is some mixing of earth and soil and water. It’s a very earthy, incredibly amazing fragrance. And what does it represent? What connections does it have with nature, elementals? And why do I get so fascinated by it? Why does it make us feel so alive and incredible?

Bashar

Because it’s an ionization of your atmosphere. And it represents a different frequency that is something that represents literally the life force of your planet. So, when you connect to it and match your frequency to the ionization that occurs after rain storms and in different conditions on your planet, you are experiencing in a sense a more purified version of your atmosphere, a more purified energy that is connected to electromagnetism in a way that connects you also to what your people call the Schumann resonance, the natural vibrational frequency 7.85 cycles per second to your planet Earth. So, it makes you more grounded, more connected to elementals, more connected to nature. It’s an ionization process that allows itself to act as a bridge and a link to the idea of the spirit of the Earth, electromagnetically speaking.

My first thing I would like to ask you about is a few years ago I experienced I had an experience in a house where I grew up. And it was after I after a workshop that I taught. Few days after that, and I woke up in the morning and went to the kitchen and sat down, and I heard that voice go back to the bed. And I went back, I lay down, I closed my eyes, and then I heard the voice open the eyes. And I opened the eyes, and I saw a little being. It was a female energy, very soft, very gentle energy. And the form, the physical form I saw, it was very short. And it reminded me of these pictures of you or your people. But it was more gentle. And I could feel the energy flowing between us, and I could feel that I knew she knew me, and I knew her. Yes.

So, this is a hybrid child. This is a hybrid child. Do you understand?

So, yes, I do. All right. So, and I know I’m part of that hybridization what we do here, and so that is part of that.

Bashar

Yes, it’s a hybrid child saying hello. Perfect. Beautiful. That’s why it was a female energy. Yes.

What else do you need to know?

Asker

Eventually, these beings will come to live among humans on Earth. So, you will start interacting with them physically in the near future. So, this is a way of establishing a connection so you become more familiar with them so that by the time they come to live among you physically, you will recognize them. You will know who your children are.

Bashar

This is beautiful because I thought they would look different, and they look Do you think I mean, do you see that they may have different form, or the form I saw was correct?

Asker

They look different ways in different things. It depends upon the amount of DNA in them, how they were created, so on and so forth. So, different hybrid children will look a little different from one another. Some can look a little less like what you’re used to, and some can look a little more like what you’re used to.

Bashar

Beautiful. And my question about this, actually I wonder about it for a while. How do you know the answer to this? What is the mechanism behind it? Like do you see that my experience, me creating while I’m talking about it as a hologram, or you tap into that reality where it is happening? How does it work? Where do you get that answer?

Asker

Well, it can come from any number of beings. It can come directly from the Akashic records, which is all information past, present, and future that is embedded in the fabric of space-time and existence itself. It can be facilitated by your spirit team, my spirit team, other beings I might be telepathically connected to to provide information that is necessary when a question is asked. We are connected telepathically to many different levels of consciousness, so we simply receive what we need to receive from wherever we need to receive it to answer your question.

Bashar

Perfect. So, my another question is I used to experience when I started meditating years ago, I used to experience in every meditation, during every meditation, that energy I couldn’t stop it. Just happened. It was just that moment. That energy flow from when I was sitting on the in a chair, it was from that base my base, and it would that energy would flow. It was like electrical, very very fast, and it would flow to my brain, and it would just burst in light in my brain, and it felt like it looked like fireworks and beautiful, mostly golden light. Sometimes there was sound and it was before I started teaching workshops and when I started teaching workshops it stopped.

Asker

That’s all right. You prepared yourself. You gave yourself an energy boost to be able to then channel it in the idea to others through the workshops. So, you were kind of amping yourself up like a battery so that you would be on the right frequency to be able to teach the workshops.

Bashar

And it was happening actually even when I was talking to my friend over the phone. It happened several times or when I was with my friend in person. So, it was the same thing.

Asker

Well, yes, because you made an agreement with your friend to have a reflection that would allow you to continue to do that in a comfortable way so you could again be prepared to do what you need to do to be of service to others. So, it was just part of your process.

Bashar

Beautiful. Thank you so much. Now, since I almost since I remember but mainly since I was pregnant with my son, he’s a teenager now, I started experiencing that immense joy like every single cell of my body is joyful. Like it’s super intense and super in a good way and I love it and I don’t want to change it. I don’t want to So, why it is happening? Is it the same or similar than what that electric current and it still happening.

Asker

Yes, but the idea is that you’re operating on a higher frequency. So, you’re feeling more of the energy of your true self. This is normal when you start accelerating. When you start lifting your vibration up.

Bashar

Perfect. Beautiful. And I feel especially lately it accelerated lately more than before that I’m an observer many times during the day I’m an observer of different realities. I am in one, it feels like I am in one and I am observing another one and another

Asker

As you accelerate your vibration, you extend your senses to be able to become more able to perceive more of the reality that exists on many different levels. So, this is natural when you raise your vibrational frequency. You start seeing more of the reality around you, start observing more of more dimensions.

Bashar

And it looks like it’s the same. I start I see also what we see as past, past reality. Which is past.

Asker

You start seeing all dimensions, past, present, future. Yes.

Bashar

And I see that when that person of me in that reality, when I was part of that, she was going through very intense challenges. And she could feel that I was talking to her from the future, what we see as future. And now I see that it was happening then.

Asker

Yes, because you’re always communicating with your soul, which is timeless. So, it can feel like the idea of the future, but it’s communication from your own soul to your physical mind. It’s you talking to yourself from a higher timeless dimension.

Hello, Bashar. I was incredibly drawn to Sirius one night. It was very high in the sky. There was something different about it that night. I tried to take a picture of it, but it always came out blurry. So, I took a video, and in the video it shows as this swirling mass of colors. It was beautiful. And I just sat with Sirius that night for about 3 hours. Just before I went to bed, a very bright light crossed the sky and stopped close to Sirius and stayed there. It was really magical night. Can you comment on this? Thank you.

This is a UAP UFO recognizing that you are extending your senses to be able to see slightly into a different dimension. So, you caught their attention. They wanted to acknowledge that they were recognizing that you were accelerating and raising your frequency, extending your senses in that way, which is good practice for open contact. So, they simply wanted to stop and acknowledge that they picked up on the fact that you were doing that.

Hi Bashar. One of my passions and excitement is writing and for a number of years I’ve had inspiration to write a book. I’ve written drafts of this book and have had talks and contracts with publishers and keep having negative synchronicity around moving the book past its early drafts. And I’m not clear how to take another next step that’s a smallest step towards this inspiration. And so, I’m looking for any advice or insight that you might have. Thank you.

Well, you could publish it yourself. There are many companies now that what you call print-on-demand publishing where you simply give them your manuscript and they will print it for you based on or print it for those who order it based on how far you let them know that the book is available. So, if you simply give print-on-demand self-publishing companies your manuscript if you feel it is ready for that to happen, then they will work with you to create the finished book. And when you start advertising and marketing that your book is available, then the people that order it, if you give them a place to do so, will then be able to simply receive a book from the print-on-demand publisher, who will literally print it as they order it. So, you could start that way. Sometimes doing that will bring it to the attention of another publisher who sees what kind of demand your public has for the book, and they may then come to you to say, “Would you be willing to allow us to publish it to take it even further?” Don’t have any insistence or assumption as to what the outcome should be, because if your passion is writing, then that’s your passion. But again, you can now, in this day and age on your planet, technologically, self-publish the book and start that way.

So, the first one is this individual is asking, “My understanding is that the purpose of our incarnation on Earth is to learn and grow. Can you explain why there are events and even years that we have no memories of? If we are to learn, why do we block certain things out? Are they then part of our life review once we return to spirit, and do we remember them at that point?”

When you go through your life review in spirit, you remember and experience every single second of life. Nothing is left out. Everything is known. Every moment is re-experienced in that way from various points of view. Multidimensionally. From your point of view, from the point of view of everyone who was affected in any way, shape, or form by the choices that you made. Everything is experienced in the life review. In physical reality, there may be reasons why things are blocked out for positive and/or negative reasons based on your belief systems, based on the challenges you set up for yourself as a soul in terms of whether it’s important or not to recall those things, whether recalling them might make you drift from the focus you need of one particular thing. Sometimes you block certain things out so you can focus on certain things, certain ideas, certain directions to make it easier for you so that not everything comes crashing into your mind all at once. It’s a way of arranging things. But sometimes these things can be blocked by negative belief systems as well and the purpose is to rediscover them or open up to those ideas and what lessons they may contain for you. So it depends on the individual, depends on the life path that the soul has chosen as to why certain things may not be known and why certain things may be known.

Thank you. There seem to be an understanding in forums discussing your ideas that if people suffer, then it’s their choice or their reality. People then say that doesn’t happen in my reality or you choose your own reality. The consequence of this is that human suffering is ignored and dismissed. I can’t imagine what you mean when you say people choose their own reality is to be indifferent to others. But that is nevertheless often how people interpret this. Can you please explain how this works?

Bashar

It is not about being indifferent. It is that a soul may choose to experience what you perceive as suffering so that others may learn lessons from it, including the lesson of being willing to help ease the suffering. So it’s not about being indifferent to it. It’s about engaging with it, finding out why it’s there, and maybe coming up with ideas that will actually alleviate the suffering. To work together with each other, not be indifferent to each other. It’s about connection.

What is the true nature of subjective experience? Not the mechanics of perception, but the fact that reality can be experienced at all. What is this quality that allows consciousness to feel, to witness, to know itself from within? What makes a color or a sound or a memory or a feeling become a lived experience rather than merely information? From your perspective, what is the deepest truth about the experience of being?

Well, again, this is the primary purpose of physical reality because there’s a difference between knowledge or pure information and the experiencing of that information, which enriches the knowledge, deepens the knowledge, gives it dimensionality. The idea of experiencing something, of course, everything is experienced within. The idea of physical reality being a projection outside of you is only a projection of consciousness, and in that sense, an illusion. Illusion not meaning there’s no purpose to it. Illusion not meaning that there’s no value to it. Illusion simply being another way of describing that everything is happening within your consciousness, but you can, by experiencing the idea you call physical reality, project it outside yourself or seemingly outside yourself in a way that allows you to experience another dimension of the knowledge that you have access to, to give you a depth to it. The idea we have used recently, for example, is you can read a book and have knowledge of a particular subject from beginning to end, but that doesn’t mean it’s the same thing as actually experiencing that thing from beginning to end, because there are different things you discover, different things that happen when you actually provide a physical experience to the knowledge that you have. It gives it more dimensionality. It allows you to touch on different aspects of it that you simply wouldn’t understand as a spirit. Even though you may know certain things and may know everything as a spirit, it’s not the same thing as experiencing that knowledge in a physical form, which really drives it home, which really solidifies it in a sense, which really makes it your own, which really allows you to draw upon it in ways that allow you to be of service to others as well, because the sharing of information, just pure information, doesn’t necessarily cause growth or change. The idea is that going through the physical reality experience allows you to experience growth and change and expansion, which also aids and assists in the expansion of creation itself. So, it’s the mechanism by which creation expands is to have a physical experience of knowledge, not just hold on to the pure information. That’s a static state.

I see, and I think along the lines this question is, about the difference between a non-physical experience and a physical one, and they’re using the example that the difference between interacting with our alien friends telepathically or through dreams versus having a physical interaction with them. What is the difference between feeling or is it like the difference between feeling like you won the lottery or actually winning the lottery?

Yes, because again, different things happen when it becomes physicalized. You don’t really have to even talk about it being a relationship with aliens. Just look at your relationships with one another. You can think about a friend, but that’s not the same as actually being in the presence physically of your friend. Different kinds of interactions, different kinds of relationships take place and unfold by being physically in interaction with your friend as opposed to just dreaming about them or thinking about them. So, just make the normal comparisons between what happens in your own physical reality with people that you know, and extend that to the idea of thinking about or dreaming about extraterrestrial contact and actually experiencing it because there are many other things and additional things that can happen in terms of energy exchange and energy experience and physical experience with the idea of something being physically in front of you as opposed to simply in your imagination or your mind.

Yeah, sort of like the idea that when someone fantasizes about an experience and they might make it feel as real as possible, but it doesn’t seem to compete with the actual real experience.

No. In terms of your strength. Yes, the whole reason you call something tangible is itself a sensation that is not experienced in non-physical reality. The idea of something being physically tangible is creating another dimension, another level of that knowledge, another level to the experience of having information.

So, we’re designed to believe that a actual physical experience is more valuable or more

No, no, no, no, no, no, no, not more. It’s just different. It adds to the overall experience of having knowledge, of having information. It’s not more valuable, it is as valuable. Both need to exist. This is why souls often choose the idea of a physical incarnation. It’s one thing to have the knowledge, but you only have half of the experience. Having the physical reality experience makes it tangible, makes it something that in a sense then shall we say completes the overall experience of having information. Because it has to be had on all the levels in which it can be had. It cannot be left alone in one level, otherwise you don’t have a complete picture, you don’t have a complete experience.

So, if a person desires to have a certain physical experience, but they’re not capable of manifesting it physically, would they have to define that as well, I didn’t need that or it’s not doesn’t mean that it’s more valuable if it’s physical.

Bashar

Well, again, it depends on whether or not the soul has set that experience up on their life path. It may not be relevant for them, but other things would be. And sometimes even the experience physically of not necessarily manifesting something is also a physical experience. You have to look at the sensations that go with the idea of recognizing and realizing that something manifesting physically on your life path may simply not be relevant, and finding out what is relevant and moving more in that direction. That and the sensations that go with that experience, are also valid.

Okay. This person is asking, “Why, since I was born, have I always felt or feel like I have a mission, but sometimes I’m afraid I am delusional and crazy? If I have a mission, why did I have the hardest experiences in my childhood?”

Bashar

Because it is your mission to overcome that. It is your mission to be yourself. It is your mission to figure out what belief systems you bought into that allow you to transform those belief systems into something that allows you to be more freely your true self. In a sense, fundamentally, that is your mission. You can assign other aspects to the concept of having a mission, and remember that most of these have to do with not only realizing who you are, but serving others as well in the expression of your mission of being yourself by acting on your passion in service to others. Again, this is one of the reasons why we share the formula, the instruction manual, with all of you, because it simplifies the understanding of what it means to have a mission. The idea of a mission is simply to transform beliefs you have imposed upon yourself as a soul that allow you to discover new ideas, new aspects, new perspectives of yourself at the same time you are learning these things, learning them more quickly and easily by being of service to others, by acting on your passions and sharing your talents, skills, and gifts with others who may also be needing them. To learn about yourself in the responses and reactions that you get by sharing your gifts, and what it is that you understand about yourself in relating to what it is you are also doing in service to others. It’s all interconnected, it’s all interwoven and goes in many different directions at once. But you have to act. You have to be yourself to be of assistance to others.

And if the soul chooses a life on Earth, but once here becomes exhausted by the experience of physical life, can that soul contract be changed while incarnated? And if not, does that mean the physical self is merely a vessel with no real choice in the matter, like a car being driven, and that the pain and suffering experienced here are ultimately insignificant?

No, not at all. First of all, again, understand that you do have the free will about how you go about experiencing what you as a soul chose to experience. And what you have laid out on your life path for your learning, for your lessons. So, the idea is, first and foremost, if you feel overwhelmed and exhausted, that’s your first clue that you may not be going about doing what you’re doing in the way that actually works for you. So, you have to use your creative imagination to find the unique path that works uniquely for who you truly are. And this is why it’s so important to act on your passion, because acting on your passion raises your vibration and allows you to attract higher level information that can reveal more easily and quickly to you who you really are and allow you to experience the flow you need to experience in life that is the result of being your true self. When you are your true self and you’re flowing, you don’t get overwhelmed, you don’t get exhausted. You have found the ways that work specifically and uniquely for you. And therefore, you have transformed the idea of struggle into flow. You have transformed the idea of suffering into flow. And you have allowed yourself to be someone who can more easily serve others by at least being a living example of how to transform what they’re going through for their challenges to turn them into flow. So, the idea again is being true to yourself, being who you really are allows you to not experience the overwhelm and exhaustion, and gives you a much better chance of helping others as well by being a living example of what they can also choose for themselves.

So, one person had asked the question about addiction and saying how so many people fall into an addiction situation and then they never escape it for the whole life. Yes. And that can be a lesson, not only for them. Remember, everyone keeps forgetting. It’s not just about the lessons that that soul is learning. It’s about the choices that soul made to also allow other people to learn lessons by interacting with that soul in that condition. So, it’s not just about you. It’s about the impact and effect you have on others as well by having chosen that, and does that impact allow others to determine how to address the actual causes of those addictions, the underlying psychological belief system that may bring about an addiction so they can do something about it so that they have a more effective way of dealing with those kinds of situations in the future. So, you always have to remember when looking at things like that that it’s not just about what the person going through it is experiencing, it’s about why the soul chose it not only for their own lessons, but maybe even more so what the lessons are for others that they need to learn to make sure that they can deal with those conditions in the future in a much more positive and beneficial way that may ultimately alleviate the need for anyone to experience addiction in that way ever again. So, you have to look at it as a whole concept, not just one side or the other.

And along these lines, this person is saying, many people never get out of abuse. They’re born into it, they die under it, and they wanted to know if there would be any change after open contact for situations like that.

Well, yes, there will be some, but again, it’s still going to rely on people who are willing to accept information that can be of assistance in alleviating those conditions. For people who refuse to accept that information and absorb it and adapt it in their lives, then no, nothing will necessarily change. Remember, we’re not here to learn your lessons for you. We’re here to help you more easily learn your lessons and change the things in ways that are more beneficial to you. We don’t do it for you. Many people on your planet have the mistaken idea that the processes we share with all of you, the events, the processes, the idea of certain time frames and periods and labels that we may give them, going through different kinds of meditations or defining things in a certain way as an accelerating period of time, is something that we’re actually doing for you. We’re not. We’re giving you the opportunity and the options to do things more easily for yourselves, to let go of belief systems that don’t work for you. You have to do the work. We’re not going to do the work for you. So, anything that we have described as a process that you feel hasn’t worked for you, understand we’re just giving you the information that allows you to take advantage of it. You’re the ones that have to do the work. You have to be willing to actually do the things that we’re talking about. And many people don’t do them, and then of course they will say, “Well, that didn’t work.” because they didn’t do the work. It’s not because the idea we were sharing with you couldn’t work. It’s simply that for whatever reason in your belief systems, you didn’t yourself take on the responsibility of doing what needed to be done in order to divest yourself of the things that are holding you back. And therefore, it is not surprising that you would be disappointed that something didn’t happen at a certain time that you expected it to happen or in a certain way you insisted it should happen or assumed it would happen. If you didn’t do the work to bring that about at the same time, you can recognize that certain things have changed, but you may not be paying attention to the signs closely enough to realize that things are accelerating. There’s a lot of things that are changing on your planet at this point, a lot of things that are moving forward very quickly. But, you have to also realize that there is purpose for the acceleration of both positive and the acceleration of both negative things. Bringing all these things to light simultaneously on both sides gives you more of an opportunity and an option to do the work you need to do to decide for yourselves which side you wish to choose to move forward in in the idea you express as the reality of Earth. So, again remember, we are offering you all sorts of opportunities and suggestions, but we’re not going to learn your lessons for you. We’re not going to do the work for you. You have to do the work.

And this question is about a person that has challenges that they set up with their soul for this incarnation to work through issues around abandonment. And this started when they were given up for adoption at birth and then a number of months before or recently they were meditating and they saw themselves in another life as a 9-year-old boy whose mother had died during childbirth. They recognized the abandonment wound in that version of themselves and immediately saw the now person that they are and the 9-year-old boy comforting each other. And it was such a profound experience it left them feeling like they had released the wound and then feeling that release in this physical incarnation did their 9-year-old self in that physical incarnation heal also or was that something that they still had to work through?

It depends on what the soul of the 9-year-old boy had laid out on its life path. It’s not that having that connection didn’t help and didn’t add to the boy’s ability to move forward, but we cannot say one way or the other whether it had the same effect as it had for the person asking the question at the same time. It may be that it did assist, but we do not know what the 9-year-old boy may have chosen as a soul to use that information to do in order to move forward. It will certainly allow the 9-year-old boy to move forward, but we cannot say that it necessarily alleviated the entire challenge all at once in the same way that it did for the person asking the question.

Okay, so but that is also an example of setting something up in your life path and then being creative in terms of healing. Yes, the child. Absolutely. Absolutely. But again each individual has the right to be an individual and live out the life path that the soul of that individual has chosen. So while there is always benefit to those kinds of connections or benefit can be had in those kinds of connections, you still have to allow the free will of the soul and the free will of the physical individual to determine what is appropriate and relevant for their particular life path, even though you may have used it in a different way. It certainly had a positive effect, but nevertheless, it doesn’t mean that they experienced exactly the same thing that you did at the same time.

So, a lot of people are asked questions about, “Oh, can we change our life path? Can we change some of these things that are going to happen to us because it’s already been laid out?” So, what is really the appropriate or best attitude to have about your life and what may come up because you don’t always know ahead of time what you’re going to experience. All right. But in terms of just having the best attitude you can, even if you know, it could involve great suffering.

Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. Remember what we have said. It doesn’t matter what happens. It only matters what you do with what happens that makes the difference. This is the rule to apply to what’s being asked now. So, no, you can’t change the challenges that you as a soul laid out for yourself on your life path. But how you experience them can be changed. So, the idea is again, you control how quickly, how slowly you may approach these things or go through them. You can change the scale and scope of how many of these kinds of things you examine and explore that are relevant for that challenge and how many people may be impacted by that, 10 people, 10,000, 10 million, what have you. The idea is how you experience it can be affected by your free will, based on how you approach it, whether you approach it positively or negatively, whether you define things as being part of the challenge that can benefit you, or whether you think that you’re playing the victim. So, yes, you cannot change the challenge itself, but that doesn’t matter because it doesn’t matter what the challenge is. It only matters how you approach it, what you do with it, that makes the difference in how you experience it, and that you have absolute free reign and free will to determine. So, it shouldn’t matter what the challenge is, and therefore you don’t need to wish that the challenge has the ability to be changed because it shouldn’t matter what the challenge is. It only matters what your approach to it, and your definition, and your relationship and perspective of it is. That’s what makes the difference in how you experience it.

Okay, so sort of like situations like Christopher Reeve experienced, and I’ve read about other ones, too, where an individual suffers paralysis, you know, for the rest of their life, and then they have to have a positive attitude about that, and a lot of them do.

Bashar

Yes, and of course, again, a lot of people are inspired by their particular positive attitude in the face of those kinds of restrictions. So, again, it’s all about how you approach the challenge that not only determines what you learn for yourself and how you experience it for yourself, but how others around you also learn their lessons and learn how to have a relationship with it that can be something they can learn from in a positive way, as well. So, again, it goes back to it’s not just about the person themselves going through it, it’s about all the people around them and how they relate to what that person is going through that can be beneficial for the lessons they need to learn in their lives about changing their perspectives and relationships to certain situations and conditions. So, again, you have to look at the picture holistically, not just one side or the other. But both.

Right. And often in those situations, people will be focused on cures. You know, in other words, we’re not able to cure this now, but they then become a vehicle for discovering ways to mitigate that state.

Bashar

Yes, that can be one way in which it is beneficial for a soul to have chosen something that you may call suffering or limitation because it allows other people to learn how to overcome how to eradicate it from your society eventually. So, it’s all a progression, it’s all an evolution, it all serves a purpose if you use it that way instead of bemoaning it and playing victim with it. Use it for a positive reason. It all serves a purpose. There are no accidents.

Really something. And this person is writing about saying that my children and I are traumatized by bullies. I don’t think about this during the day because we need to survive, but at night I often relive what we’ve been going through in my dreams and I wake up traumatized to this point where I’m afraid to go to sleep. How do I begin to heal and let go of this trauma that has left us as a family feeling so broken?

All right. Well, first of all, you have to understand why people may bully others. It’s because of their own insecurities. It’s because of their own fears and fears of their own weaknesses and they try to bluster their way through life by looking bigger than others and forcing themselves on others and trying to control their reality outwardly by trying to control others, which makes them feel more powerful because they don’t actually feel powerful at all. So, what you need to do instead of simply reliving the experience of interacting with the bully is have a different conversation with them first in your imagination and then maybe even physically literally by understanding that the reason that they bully is because they feel inferior they feel weak they feel insecure they feel powerless somehow they feel unworthy and they try to cover all that up by bluffing and blustering their way through life by acting tough when in fact the act demonstrates clearly that they don’t feel tough at all. They feel very weak. They feel very scared. If you understand that that’s the psychology of someone who bullies, then you can have a conversation where you can compassionately talk about how you understand that that’s what they’re going through and ask them in the imaginary conversation first and then maybe in real life. I understand why you are expressing yourself this way. I understand that something may have happened in your life that made you feel scared and weak and alone and maybe not powerful and so you have to pretend to be powerful in this way. I understand that and it’s not that I’m saying this to call that out to you in any negative way. I’m saying it because I have compassion and understanding for what it is you have gone through and how you may have experienced yourself in a negative way but I see you. I see your soul as being far more powerful and have the ability to overcome the idea of your fear of being ineffective and weak and scared. I see that you have the ability to transform this and be a real human being with real balance and real understanding of what real power is all about. Let me help you understand how to be your true self so that you can know you are a powerful being, a centered being, a balanced being so you don’t have to bluff and bluster your way through life by trying to control and confront everyone and scare them into thinking that you’re so powerful. You can be really powerful if you just relax into your true self. Let me help you. Let’s talk. Let’s discuss. That’s the conversation that needs to be had that can free you also from being bullied and reminiscing and reinventing the conversations and reliving all the experiences and also help them by standing your ground in your truth, in your true power, and also being willing to help them understand how to live their true power, how to be their true selves. Remember, it’s like anything. If you have to bully, if you have to use force in any way, shape, or form, that means that you don’t believe you’re strong enough to get what you need without it. So, you actually believe you’re weak. If you use force in any way, shape, or form, you believe you are too weak to get what you need in life without in some way, shape, or form using intimidation or force or manipulation in order to get what you need. But, you can attract what you need just by being your true self and finding your true power within.

And this person is saying that last year they were working at their dream job and they made a terrible mistake leaving them full of shame and regret. They lost their job and they don’t know how to move forward from this. They feel like they’ve ruined their life’s path or purpose and they would like to know how to move forward from where they are now feeling like such a failure.

All right. You have not ruined your life path. This is part of your life path to learn from the mistake and not repeat it. That’s okay. Again, remember, you can be okay with making mistakes. And sometimes making the mistake, even if it cost you your job, can actually be what propels you in the direction of finding out what it is you actually need to be doing in life. So, take a moment, let go of the shame and regret, and understand that making the mistake may actually be capable of really serving you by pointing you in the direction of what you really need to be doing to be of service to others, and perhaps in a way that works better for you than what you were doing. You may say it was a dream job, and that may have been true up to a certain point. But, the idea of making the so-called mistake can actually bring to light information that you may need in the future, so A, you don’t repeat the mistake, you have learned a lesson of what not to do, as well as what to do, and maybe look for a different way in which to still do similar things that you’re calling your dream job, but perhaps in a different way that allows you to be more free to pursue it in a more full way. So, you may have kicked yourself out of what appeared to be the dream job, so you could actually find what your true passion and true dream job of service to others actually can be. So, look at it that way, relax, breathe, open up, receive from your guides any instructions, any inspirations that may tell you how to move forward. Just start scanning for all the things that you love to do, and find out which one is actually truly more representative of your passion, and truly more representative of your ability to be of service to other beings on your planet.

Thank you. This person is asking about discerning between life’s purpose and a temporary block. The idea being that, they’re saying, “You previously reminded them not to compare their life their timeline to others, such as around marriage and kids, because it may not be on their path.” From the perspective of the purpose of incarnation, how can we clearly distinguish between a path our soul didn’t choose for this life versus a temporary block we are meant to overcome? How do we know what is truly on our blueprint?

By not worrying about what you don’t have and start focusing on what you do have and appreciating what you do have and acknowledging what you do have as being what needs to be there perfectly at this moment. Stop focusing on what you think you need and don’t have. Move forward with whatever is happening because if something is going to happen, if something is part of your life path, it will happen if you just move forward and stop worrying, stop focusing on the idea that you don’t have it, which only creates more of you not having it. If it’s going to be on your life path, the only thing in a sense that can make you feel like it won’t happen is worrying that it won’t happen. So, stop focusing on the idea that it’s not there and start focusing on what is there and focusing on what is there will move you forward, appreciating it fully. And if it’s going to happen that something else will occur in your life, only focusing on what you already have and being grateful and appreciative for it is going to be what’s going to get you to the point where the other thing can happen. And then, if it doesn’t happen, you can understand it doesn’t need to. So, stop focusing on why you think you need it and actually accept whatever is happening as what you need at that moment. Fully appreciating it and knowing that if something else is going to be on your life path, moving forward and fully appreciating what you already have is what’s going to get you there. And it’s going to show you what you actually need in your life and what you don’t need. So, again, let it be okay that something is not there by focusing on what is there and really fully using it and appreciating it to move forward.

Okay. And then, this person is saying they want to shift their habit from constant digital consumption, like social media and TV, into a practice of quiet meditation. But, when they try that, they experience immediate, intense mental resistance for even sitting still for one moment. Can you bypass the underlying psychological reasons for a moment and speak directly to the mechanics of this resistance? What definition is this person holding on to that makes sitting quietly seem tougher than just staying plugged in and doing the most least resistance path of indulging in whatever they really truly enjoy?

All right. Well, there are two parts to this. Number one, the mechanics of it are they have created a electrical pathway in their brain that is now flowing more easily than any other pathway. So, in a sense, they’ve created a rut. And it’s easier for them for the electrical connections in their brain to go down those particular neurological paths because they’ve created a habit pattern of that stimulation being what they’re seeking. Psychologically, the idea is that they feel or are defining the idea of stopping that as if they’re doing nothing and therefore they’re receiving no stimulation instead of replacing it with a different form of stimulation. So, it’s not about just sitting still and doing nothing. They need to replace the idea of meditating with a definition that still allows them to believe they’re doing something to create stimulation that they will benefit from. So, this is why we have suggested along with other psychic mediums that one of the ways to create the idea of purpose in detaching from the stimulation that they’re already describing is to create a purpose for why you are sitting still because you can’t actually just sit still. So, this is why we suggested the idea of having a journal and writing down after asking a question from your guides ideas that may come to you over the course of two to three weeks and just seeing what you get and starting to recognize the patterns of what comes, not censoring or editing whatever comes first even if it’s gibberish, even if it makes no sense because this replaces the activity that you’re talking about attempting to let go of. And it will change the way that your neurological pathways work. It will start opening up new pathways for a different form of stimulation that you’re going to be getting directly from your spirit guides in a connection that you’re now making to them through physical means of having a journal and the physical writing down of asking a question physically out loud and seeing what you get and writing it down even if it’s nonsensical. So, you’re replacing one stimulation with another one that will work better for you and actually work to shall we say filter out the chatter that may go along with the addictive stimulation and allow you to find more peaceful stimulation, more peaceful versions of stimulation that connect you more directly with your guides and with source. So, do the physical work. Don’t just sit there. Do the physical things of having the journal, asking the question out loud, writing down what you get. Do this for 2 or 3 weeks, maybe 15 minutes a day when things are quiet. It’s just that the surroundings need to be quiet and not distracting. It’s not that you have to just sit quietly and not think of anything. That’s why you’re experiencing a challenge in this is because you’re not replacing one thing with another that will work as well for you. You’re just thinking you have to eliminate everything as you say cold turkey and not replace it with anything. But, you do have to replace it with something that works for you. And doing the journaling and asking those questions and making connections and seeing what you get from your spirit guides can replace the kind of stimulation that you’re talking about already experiencing.

I thank you. This question is after life, does the soul have feelings and emotions for other souls when the soul when in the soul level and for those still in physical reality?

Bashar

Absolutely. Unconditional love is one of those feelings that it has for all other souls and all other beings. And yes, they can have different variations of that idea as well. They don’t necessarily experience anything as a negative feeling or a negative emotion, but they have compassion, they have understanding, they have unconditional love, and yes, they have all of that and feel all of that for everything and everyone in the spirit realm. Now, you can change your vibration a bit up and down in the spirit realm. There are many levels to it, vibrationally speaking. You can, if you wish for some purpose, reconnect into some of the feelings you may have had as a physical personality, but there would be very specific reasons for doing so, and it wouldn’t be that that’s actually the way you typically experience feeling or emotion as a spirit, as a soul. It may be for a particular purpose of reliving something or experiencing something or learning something, but you would know that it’s nothing more than an exercise, and it doesn’t supersede what you generally experience the feeling of and the emotion of as a soul.

And this question is many cultures in the East honor their ancestors, yet we in the West do not. Outside of the genetics, is there an important connection to our ancestors that we should be more aware of?

Bashar

Well, the important connection is that everyone still exists, just in a different place, in a different frequency, in a different plane of existence. So, honoring them is simply allowing yourself to know that they’re still part of your soul family. They still can be communicated with, they can still, in some way, shape or form, advise you, share information with you, share perspectives with you. So, making those connections to them is important in your life, not cutting them out because you think they’re gone or you’ve lost them. They’re always willing to be of assistance in some way, shape, or form. So, by all means, if honoring your ancestors means opening up your communication ability to them, then by all means do so. It will help you.

Asker

Okay. And this person is asking, “If I’m a soul, then why do I need to go through a tunnel of life and a life review? The soul already knows what the plan was and what happened as it is the one conducting the life review. Clearly, there is a separation between the soul and the incarnated being who must suffer what the soul decides and then get the blame after.”

Bashar

All right. Well, this person is obviously using very negative definitions to describe this. Because, again, it’s not that the soul insists that a physical incarnation version of itself must suffer. But, the soul does lay out the challenge that the physical incarnation needs to go through to learn a lesson the soul needs to learn. Remember, this is the soul learning a lesson. People make too much separation between the physical incarnation and the soul. The soul is learning the lesson as a physical incarnation, as a physical expression of itself. It is not a separate thing where the soul is sitting back in an armchair relaxing while the physical incarnation is going through hell. No. The soul is having these experiences. And that’s the reason why the life review is important because the experiences, as we’ve already discussed, add depth to the knowledge of what the soul chose as a challenge. And going through the life review is the final stage in the soul understanding through those experiences what lessons can be learned and incorporated into the soul’s decision about what to do next. So, this person needs to watch their definitions because they’re not necessarily doing themselves any favor by describing this process in the way that they have described it.

I think the next question is from the same person cuz they say, “If it takes at least a thousand lives to graduate from the Earth school, the soul must either be a really slow learner or is just enjoying torturing the avatar it creates at the center of itself.”

Bashar

This is a complete misunderstanding of how things work. It doesn’t take a thousand lifetimes to graduate. At every stage after every incarnation, the soul has absolute free will to decide what to do. Very often, the soul will choose to reincarnate in the same reality again, in the same experience to some degree, although many years later, in order to again recognize that that may be the best environment in which to learn the lessons that the soul wishes to experience. So, again, this person has a lot of outdated, old-fashioned definitions that are not necessarily true at all about what the soul needs to do and whether the soul is torturing the avatar. The soul is going through these experiences as the incarnated being. Yes, we understand there can be some confusion in the idea that we have talked about that the soul also never leaves the spirit realm. But again, this doesn’t mean that there’s actually a separation here. It means the soul is having this experience within the spirit realm that it is pretending is not in the spirit realm. So, the soul is still having the experience. Do not get confused by the terminology and the language. We understand that your language and terminology can limit the way in which you understand these concepts, but at the very least, look for definitions that work for you and don’t cause confusion because a lot of these outdated definitions are what’s causing the confusion within you that make you think that the soul is torturing the physical incarnation avatar as if it is an avatar. An avatar only in the general sense that it is the representation of the soul experiencing a physical reality, but there’s no separation in that sense. The soul is the avatar, the avatar is the soul cuz it’s all happening within.

So, it’s interesting because at the same time since the distinction between a physical experience and a non-physical experience it comes into play there. Is that correct?

Bashar

Yes, but the difference is slight. Is more slight than you may imagine. It is not that different. It is a difference of a very tiny adjustment in the frequency of the soul. Remember, it’s happening within the soul. It is the soul. It’s happening within the soul. The soul is experiencing it within itself as the physical incarnation. So, the adjustment of the frequency is very slight. That’s why we also have often said there is nothing that is not spiritual about a physical incarnation because it’s still happening through a spirit, by a spirit, for a spirit, in the spirit realm. So, the idea is to understand there’s not as much separation as people may think even though we understand that by having a physical experience it can appear to amplify and magnify the concept of separation between physical and non-physical reality, but the truth is there isn’t that much difference.

So, what is it the soul is growing towards exactly?

Bashar

Not growing towards anything. The idea implies that there is an ultimate goal that will end. It never ends. So, it’s not growing towards anything other than if you want to use those terminologies, it’s growing towards being more and more and more of what it is, who it is in truth. So, remember there are many different ways to experience that. There is no end to it. It always always always provides another opportunity to experience a new thing. So, rather than looking at it as growing towards something, the idea of experience itself that illuminates another aspect of what a soul is is a never-ending process for its own sake. You don’t have to think of it as going towards something. It is sufficient unto itself the experience to illuminate what the soul is more and more and more for the soul to experience itself in all the ways that it’s possible to experience itself. That’s enough. It doesn’t need to look at it as if it’s going towards something ultimate or perfection. It’s enough to have the experience and then be able to have another and another and another and another and another to infinity. That’s enough.

Very fascinating how the whole thing is all designed. You know, I mean, there could have been

Bashar

It’s not even that it’s designed. It’s just the nature of existence. It’s the nature of what it is. It’s nature to be this. That’s what it is. It’s not even designed. It’s just its nature. It just is.

Asker

Okay, and does the formula apply to every being and every reality in existence or is it only used by beings having a physical experience?

Bashar

Well, mostly by beings having a physical experience cuz it’s designed to be delivered that way to help physical experiences become more of a flow. The idea is, of course, the principles exist in non-physical realms, but they’re not necessarily experienced the same way. So, the idea of having to investigate, for example, your belief systems and let go of the negative and fear-based doesn’t apply in spirit when they’re not having any negative beliefs. So, it’s mostly designed to allow beings having a physical experience an ease of reconnecting to the idea of their existence as a soul.

Asker

Okay. And we have a lot of dream questions. I can only do a few, but one of them this person is saying that they often dream about being back in school, being in elementary school, high school, or university. Always different scenarios, but they dream about school four or five times a week, and they’re now in their 40s, and school was such a long time ago. So, why are they having this constant theme?

Bashar

Because school never ends. You attend different kinds of learning experiences in the astral realm a lot of the time. So, it may just be that this person has enough awareness of the fact that they’re learning in different kinds of non-physical classes when they are asleep, and it’s translating as the dreams of being in school. And the different levels may simply represent the different levels of information that they’re accessing in those astral classes because there’s always an opportunity to learn more on the astral realm. And it may go hand in hand with the challenges that you’ve laid out for yourself in this physical reality to bring more information and awareness and ability to handle those challenges. That may be one of the reasons you’re attending the class or again as an astral being as a spirit being as a soul, you have a completely different life and the free will to choose what you want to learn. That may be separate to some degree from the life that you’re experiencing physically. So many of you attend classes in the astral realm in the spirit realm when you are sleeping in the physical realm. This person may simply be somewhat unconsciously or subconsciously aware of that fact and it translates into their dream state.

And this person is saying that they dreamed they heard their 3-year-old daughter exclaim, “Who is that?” On a baby monitor, they headed upstairs to investigate and as they were about to start walking up the stairs, a spirit guide lifted them off their feet suspending them in the air. They were surprised that a guide could lift them completely off the floor. They would have made their way up the stairs to their daughter if the guide had not intervened. What was going on with their daughter while this was all happening and why did their guide prevent them from checking in on them? Yet this is a dream also as they stated.

Bashar

Well, the idea simply is that they would have interrupted something important as a communication that the daughter was having with other kinds of entities. So it was important for the daughter to continue to have that experience and yes, even though this may have been a dream scenario non-physical beings of a higher frequency are more than capable of interacting with physical matter. Again, they can do many different kinds of physical things when necessary, when it’s important. So, if these guides felt that it was important more important for the daughter to complete this communication with these other entities for her own life growth path, then they would have in no uncertain terms demonstrated to the parents that they shouldn’t interfere. It wasn’t appropriate at the timing for them to do that.

Asker

But some people are really desiring of ET contacts some sort of beautiful experience in dream state or, you know, in a lucid dream and but they feel frustrated because it seems to happen for other people but not for them.

Bashar

Again, it depends upon the life path. It depends on what’s important in the moment. We are not that important. You’re more important. Your life path is more important. Very quickly, very soon, there will be more than enough opportunity for people to interact with extraterrestrials after open contact. Allow yourself to live in the moment. Allow yourself to understand not to be frustrated. The timing is what it is for a reason. There are no accidents. Trust the timing. Trust the way things unfold. You will be benefited if you have the desire, that’s an indication that you will in some way, shape or form, be allowed the opportunity to experience what you need to experience with regard to your relationship to extraterrestrials generally in this lifetime after open contact. So, just focus on what you need to focus on right now. Follow the formula. Raise your vibration. Be more vibrationally compatible with the ETs you will ultimately interact with. It will benefit you. So, continue to prepare. Right now, there’s not that much time left. Do your best to prepare by living in the moment, living your life. Don’t focus on the idea of being disappointed that you’re not having dream encounters. Many of you are, but you don’t remember them yet. And if you are, a lot of those memories will come back after open contact. So, it’s not even that you’re not necessarily having those connections, it’s just not important for you to know that right now. So, relax into the understanding that you have all the connections you need. You will remember what you need to remember when it’s appropriate.

Okay. And Bashar has said that at first we will be told who the hybrids are and will be able to communicate with them. But how many hybrids are we talking about? Do all the world’s countries have hybrids? Or is this just a few individuals that mainly will be unavailable for most of the ordinary people?

Bashar

All of your countries have hybrids. They’re extraterrestrial hybrids. And other beings as well that will aid and assist. At the time, there will be an opportunity for the general population of Earth to know who the hybrids are and to in some way, shape, or form interact with them or certainly receive the benefit of interaction that others may be having with them. It doesn’t mean that there’s going to be one hybrid for every individual on Earth. But the idea again is that there will always be opportunities to access the hybrids themselves or information from the hybrids in a very grounded, down-to-Earth way. So again, don’t worry about it. As the years unfold, it will become very normal for hybrids to be among you and for you to know when and where there may be a hybrid that you can run across and have some kind of communication with. Everyone, in a sense, just needs to relax about this. You will not be left out. Just relax.

And what exactly will the ETs do here on Earth after open contact in 2027? Will they sit around answering questions? How involved will they be and what will their focus be?

Bashar

This is a very general question and it’s going to get a very general answer. Some of them may be involved in the dispensation of information to answer some of your questions. Many of them will still be involved in helping your scientists and technologists in improving your technology and understanding of how the universe works. Some of them will be involved in things like planetary management so that you can understand how to use your resources more efficiently for the benefit of all humanity. They will be involved in many different kinds of things including offering new kinds of jobs that humans can learn to do when you find that artificial intelligence has removed a job from your job market, so to speak. They will provide other jobs that you can learn to use AI with or can do without AI that you may not be conceiving of right now because these things are simply not available to you. So, there’ll be many opportunities that the extraterrestrials will provide to humanity to enrich humanity, help humanity evolve and move forward, and open your imaginations and creativity up in new directions and new ways. That’s the general answer we will give at this particular moment.

Okay. And one the question here is You’ve said that when we connect with you, that that means we’ve had a previous connection in the astral or dream world. So, does that mean right now while this person is connecting with you via messages, does that also apply?

Bashar

Yes.

Asker

And what have you learned from us as people?

Bashar

We are often surprised to some degree by the degree to which humans insist on filtering information through negative belief systems in a way that reinforces their feelings of inadequacy unworthiness undeservability. The insistence that many humans have in maintaining that lower vibration at all costs can from time to time be an interesting lesson we have observed in Earth humans and is often quite surprising to us about the degree to which humans will insist on maintaining that low frequency instead of allowing themselves even the smallest amount of willingness to open up to the true power, the true expansiveness, the true beauty and the unconditional love that they could be experiencing as their birthright. So while we understand that this is designed by your consciousness for the purpose of transforming this great darkness into light over time. It’s still quite surprising to us that the Earth and a few other places in the cosmos we have encountered are schools of such depth of exploration of polarity. Because not many other civilizations experience it to the degree that you do. To us this also means that you know innately and instinctively, intuitively, and deeply that you are powerful enough to have chosen this exploration. And whether or not in the physical incarnation you succeed in transforming it it is the act of willingness itself to explore it that makes you powerful. That lets you know how powerful you are because you are indestructible as a soul. You can never be annihilated. You can never cease to exist. So your willingness to actually experience the depth and degree of insistence on maintaining the negative definitions, the lower vibration is a testament to the amount of power you know you possess as a soul that you could go through it even if the physical incarnation doesn’t achieve a transformation. You are willing to still use that as a lesson that expands you and expands creation. And for that, we are grateful and appreciative and often astonished.

Is it accurate that most of the religions on our planet teach that we are inferior, flawed beings that are much inferior to God and those ideas?

Bashar

Some of them do, some of them don’t. It just depends. So, that’s not at the core of this deep sense of inferiority that we seem to be Oh, I’m not saying that some not saying that some religions don’t play their part in amplifying and magnifying that, but that already exists in the life path of humans, and they can use religion and other things to lock that in, so that they will have something concrete to transform. So, I’m not saying that a lot of religions don’t reinforce that idea, But it’s not the core on the life path of the soul to explore that idea.

Asker

I see. And this question is also for you. What will happen to Daryl and Bashar after first contact? Will we still hear from you both?

Bashar

You will hear from the channel far more through the idea of teaching in classes as himself or his higher version of himself. I am always connected and always will be guiding and assisting. There may be moments when I will come through this way as I am coming through now to make this connection, but it will be more rare because it will be relatively unnecessary if you can communicate yourself with hybrid extraterrestrials and other extraterrestrials. You will have all the information you need. We play a certain role, a certain part, and there are many things we will and will not do in the future. But we will always be with you. We will always be in love with you. We will always be of assistance to you in whatever way, shape, or form we can, but that may take on more of a non-physical form as we evolve. So, we may interact with you more and more in the astral level, in the spirit level, and less in the physical. But the channel will take over some of those duties. And the information that will come through will help move you forward over the course of the next couple of decades so that you can continue to apply the information we have shared with you for the past 42 years and move forward and evolve as a species so that you can come and greet all of us out here and allow yourselves to become consciously part of our intergalactic family. So, we will see. It depends.

It is our passion and our pleasure. And now allow yourselves to simply relax as we move forward in the conclusion of this transmission. So, at this point, based on the theme of this transmission of the difference between knowledge and experience, we will suggest something a little different. Each and every one now can go out in your life and do something physical, use your body in a certain way, and allow yourself to use whatever you’re doing, whether you’re constructing a house, whether you’re writing something, whether you’re just walking, whatever physical activity you may be doing, treat it as a meditation from which you can learn many things. Pay attention to every sensation, physical sensation, emotional sensation, that comes with the thing that you’re doing. Really allow yourself to de-focus from the actual thing and really focus more inwardly about what all those sensations are delivering to you to help you know yourself more deeply as a physical being, as a being that chose to have this physical experience. So, if you can allow yourself either for a particularly structured period of time, say 15, 20 minutes, half an hour, what have you, or in general throughout your life every moment that you’re doing something, and I’m not saying you have to do this all the time, but at a moment that’s convenient for you, when you realize you have the time to do so, whatever it is you’re about to do, do it with real awareness of what you’re doing, every physical sensation, every physical movement, everything that’s happening to your body physically, everything that’s happening to you emotionally, what relation you have to the thing you’re doing, how you think about it, how you feel about it, what your beliefs are about it, and use it as a meditation to get in touch with every single aspect of the doing of that thing, no matter what it is. And really allow yourself to absorb that and get into a meditative state with that and treat it as an important, valuable meditation that is going to bring you a deeper understanding of why you chose to be in physical reality and have this physical experience at this time and how it’s going to allow you to be a more well-rounded being, a more thoughtful being, a deep appreciation flooding into you for the fact that you can experience these things, that you chose to experience these things to accelerate yourself, to better yourself, to learn about yourself, to learn about life, to learn about the cosmos, to learn how you can serve others by going through these experiences that will allow you to help others in time, in space, in the future. In the now, allow yourself to treat every action, every physical action with this kind of meditative energy and see what it is that synchronicity will do for you in doing so. It will increase the synchronicity you feel because you are making a stronger connection to physical reality, which is synchronicity’s way of showing you that everything is connected, everything is one thing, even though it may be separated by the ideas you call space and time. It will show you more how everything is connected, the more deeply you penetrate and absorb and accept the idea of physical reality as another level of spirit that is very valuable, very valid, very unique. You are a spirit having this experience. Allow yourself to cherish it, absorb it, value it, use it. So, meditate with a physical experience and see what that does for your sense of connection to the physical reality, the world around you, and how you can be of better service that way to others in your life as well as yourself.

So, if when do we look at our path here, the Earth school is just a couple years, I mean, a few years, but then we have the life. So, what’s next for us? Like, when we leave Earth, where are we going to go and stuff?

That’s up to you when you leave. You will go through your life review, you will look at the lessons you learned, and you will consult with your spirit team, your guides, your soul family, angelic beings, many other beings, whatever you want, and you will decide what you want to do next when you are back in the soul realm.

No, yeah, but then the personality also will got together with the others, you know? My personality, for example, not that I’m attached to it, but the person

will be part of you, but it will not be all of you. In the same way that Do you remember being a child?

No.

Bashar

But you’re no longer a child. But that personality of the child will always be with you. And you can remember that and learn from it still. But the idea is that when you are your full soul self, all your personalities from all your incarnations will always be part of you. They will be representative of the lessons you learned in that life, and you will always retain that and always have access to it. But then you will decide, “What would I like to do next?” And you will be presented with a complete array of many different things. You can decide to incarnate on Earth again, you can decide to incarnate on another planet, you can decide to remain in spirit for a long time, you can decide to go to another dimension. You can decide anything you want when you’re there, but you’re not there yet.

It’s kind of like you you’re saying and it’s getting him the images and everything in my mind. So, I was like, you already know this. So, why you’re wasting your question on that? So, yeah, thank you. So, the other question that I don’t know the answer is I just learned this healing technique. Well, as you expand your consciousness, as you explore spirituality and yourself more deeply, your consciousness expands and your senses expand to be able to receive higher frequency information and energy. That’s why, again, we encourage you all to follow your passion, because it raises your frequency. And when you raise your frequency, you become a better receiver, a better antenna of higher frequency downloads from spirit and from the universe itself. So, that’s just simply the natural result of the expansion and exploration of your consciousness.

Well, what does it represent to you?

The 12 dimensions.

All right. So, is that something that you’re interested in exploring?

Asker

Yes, but I’m not sure how to interact with that technology to interact with other dimensions.

Bashar

Well, then we would suggest this particular idea as a permission slip. Either in the morning or in the evening for about 15 to 20 minutes when it’s quiet, when nothing will distract you, have a journal, have a pen or pencil, sit down, ask your spirit guides out loud, “Please come forward and help by sending me information about how I can explore this idea more deeply.” And then just see what you get. Do this at least once or twice a day for about two to three weeks. At first, what comes through may seem nonsensical or it may be your own thoughts. Just write it down no matter what it is. Don’t try to make sense out of it. Over the course of about two to three weeks, you will start to see patterns. You will start to be able to tell the difference between your own thoughts and the messages coming from your guides. And eventually, they will give you the information you seek to help you move forward with that request. All right?

All AI at this point in your technology is a mirror. It has access to so much information it can seem sentient or consciousness, but it’s not. It’s just literally multiplying a million times over what you’re giving it and feeding it back to you. Yes.

No, not always. If you’re not aware of exactly what you’ve given it, you may be unaware of what it is it is reflecting to you. And at this point, the technology is not developed enough that it doesn’t necessarily make mistakes. It does. So, the idea is that you have to have your own discernment about what it is you’re feeding it and your own discernment about what it is you’re getting back.

Um About 2 years ago, I started seeing repeated numbers over and over in my life.

Well, sometimes it can be a road sign that says that at that moment you see that, you’re in the correct vibrational state to take action from. It can also be that your guides are attempting to get a message across to you, and using whatever’s in front of your face to do so more easily.

Um Over the past 2 years, there has is a circumstance in my life. I have a co-parenting relationship that is producing a lot of friction, uh a lot of challenge.

And for me personally, I’m extremely sensitive. Um I and my wife are um, and I’ve been finding myself shifting, you know, trying to follow the formula and shifting through different passions and I’m noticing passions will rise in me and then they’ll dissipate quickly and then another passion will rise in me and dissipate like quickly.

that can happen naturally, but you always have to be aware as to whether or not you’re the one dampening the excitement with a fear-based belief. If it wanes naturally, that’s fine and then you go on to the next thing that you’re able to take action on that represents your passion. But first and foremost, before you just jump to another thing, stop and ask yourself, am I the one dampening the passion because I have a fear-based belief about what will happen if this continued? So, always check with yourself first.

Okay. Um, yeah, I guess that’s you know, what over the past couple of years and as this has been happening, I’ve just been experiencing massive surges of grief over and over again. Um, and it feels sort of like the circumstances of my life especially around my children, it just is really like I just don’t have the ability to push forward with some of these passions.

Bashar

All right. Well, again it may be because you’re not actually learning the lessons about what it is that’s stopping the passion from happening. So, you have to look to yourself and find out by asking yourself the question am I afraid for this to continue because I have a fear about something happening if it continues that’s worse than what’s happening now. This may be the way, the technique you’re using to learn your lessons. So, whatever the challenge is that comes up, again, remember the four C’s. Stay calm, stay confident, stay curious, and stay creative. Face it that way and be willing to ask why. Why is it fading? Can I look at myself and understand that I may be causing it to fade because I’m afraid of what will happen if it doesn’t. And stay with that and see if there’s information there for you.

be in a high vibration and harm anything. If you harm things, you are not in a high vibration by definition. Now, it depends on what you mean by harm. Because it depends on the reason for why you may be doing or interacting with an animal in the way that you are. It depends. So, you have to take it on a case-by-case basis.

My my wife is vegan. I eat meat and and we have a struggle in our house right now.

Yeah. The idea is again, at this point in your human evolution it doesn’t matter what you’re eating. It matters how you do it and whether you respect it and whether you use it for positive intention and whether you use it with gratitude and appreciation because many animals are still willing to give up their life to support you. Animals come from the angelic realm. They’re not angels, but they come with unconditional love to support humanity in learning your lessons. Now, if you find that you raise your vibration to the point where you simply naturally lose the urge to eat certain things, that’s fine. But you cannot force spirituality on yourself. That’s an oxymoron. So, the idea is that if your body consciousness still needs meat protein, just do it in the most natural, organic, respectful way, grateful way, appreciative way you possibly can because your body may need the protein in that form. If someday you need to evolve out of that, you will do so naturally. So, the idea is that while your wife may be thinking she’s being more spiritual by being vegan, by condemning you for what your body may naturally need, that’s not very spiritual at all.

So, again, yes, the way you treat the animals has a lot to do with what she may actually be protesting against. So, it’s about again leaving things as natural, as organic, as possible, and allowing the animal to have a life that is joyful and fulfilling until such time as you find it necessary to absorb the animal in that way, but remember this, when you absorb something into your body, it’s absorbing you, too. It’s an exchange because you’re part of nature, it’s part of nature. So, when you absorb any part of nature, even vegetables, then that part of nature is absorbing you, too. It’s always an exchange, it’s never a one-way street. So, think about that. Does that help you?

But by about 2050, humanity will start to align, will start to come into phase and harmony with extraterrestrial vibrations, with extra-dimensional vibrations, with spirit vibrations. New generation will have grown up knowing that extraterrestrials exist throughout their entire lifetimes. Old generations will have gone back to spirit and your planet will move forward in a new path of evolution for humanity.

Again, sometime in your next year of 2027 and going into 2028, introductions will be made to the extraterrestrial hybrids that actually have been living and working among you for many decades assisting with many different things. That will again happen in phases to give you a chance to get used to things. And the ones that look a little bit more like you will be first, so again you don’t freak out. Well, I am here to help him get through his journey. I just feel like all the things he does are consequences to me, too.

Well, I know he has to learn everything the hard way. And I think as a parent you try to guide them.

Is there something wrong with learning things as you say the hard way?

Well, I feel like I’m learning them, too, the hard way.

however, you can ask for help and help will always be given. However, no one will help change what you chose to experience on your life path that will actually teach you the lesson you wanted to learn. I talk to my guide all the time for guidance, and then sometimes I talk to him.

Well, I’ve learned a lot of patience and a lot of forgiveness.

All right. Those are extremely important lessons. Extremely important that will come into more importance later in your life. So, focus on what you have learned that is of benefit. Don’t focus so much on what you think are the negatives about it because then you miss the whole point of why you agreed to have this experience when you and the child were on the soul level making this contract.

I do believe I came to help him get through his journey.

And he came to help you.

But it’s again based on the things you’re learning you otherwise wouldn’t have learned if the situation didn’t exist. So, look at it from that perspective and you will start to have a deeper understanding of why things are happening the way they are and maybe maybe when you really develop a deeper understanding of that, things can get a little easier. But you may need to think a little bit outside the box in terms of how you communicate with the child. You may need to use other methodologies and use your creative imagination to come up with them so that things can actually flow in communication a little bit differently between you. So, you may need to stretch your imagination a bit and start being more playful and creative and more childlike in the way that you imagine communicating with your child.

What What What makes you think you can’t see an orb?

Well, that’s I hadn’t been able to I couldn’t find where people saw them with their eyes. I was only seeing it with people taking pictures.

Well, that’s because your cameras are very sensitive to the type of energy that the orbs give off, but the more you develop your consciousness and expand your senses, more and more people will start to be able to see them as well. And it also depends on what the orb is doing in terms of its vibration. If it’s closer to the physical reality frequency, then it will be within the range of your senses. Some orbs are again soul family members or spirit guides. Some of them in a sense are representative of what you might call technological probes or devices from extraterrestrial societies. It just depends. But some of them are more easy to see because they may come into the range of your senses based on what it is they’re performing or what kind of message they’re attempting to get across.

Again, he represents a contingent of a new generation that is here to train humanity how to communicate in different ways. So, you have to stretch your imagination and creativity to learn different ways of communicating because this is part of the practice of humanity becoming more telepathic, more empathic, telepathic.

Okay. My second question is in regard to health. Do you have any advice? I’ve been on a healing journey for feels like my entire life, more so over the past 10 years. And then also in relationship to this same son, do we have a connection with We have similarities with our health issues, uh immune issues.

Yes.

not really allowed to comment too much on health issues except to say that it all begins with making sure that you completely and utterly detoxify your body. Your air, water, and food is all polluted on your planet. And many times a lot of the things that you call health issues are simply because there are so many toxins lodged in your cells that they cannot absorb the nutrients properly that would allow you to self-heal. So, if you can purge those toxins from your system with detoxifying regimens, that can help begin the idea of a healing regimen. At the same time, looking at the deeper issues that everything starts in energy, everything starts with belief systems and definitions and looking deeper within yourself about anything that you are “diseased” about can also put you on the path to understand your health journey. But that’s about all we’re allowed to say because of the rules and regulations of your planet.

Um so, how do I answer the question, “When is a hawk just a hawk?”

Let me put it to you this way. A hawk is always just a hawk unless you need to know that it’s not. And if you need to know it’s not, you’ll know.

Yes. The idea of dementia is a slow disconnection from physical reality because the being has unfinished business, and they’re taking their time getting used to the idea of transitioning back into their soul self.

So, it’s a slow process that not only serves them if they have unfinished business, some people will choose that as a slow process of transitioning back into their soul self to give the people around them also time to have a way of dealing with unfinished business or relationship issues or other things, and that way everyone has time to go through that process and get used to it instead of a sudden death.
