Part 1

You are all time travelers

Bashar Bashar
236 min read

Time is a side effect of your consciousness shifting over and over again to different points of view of the same single moment of existence, making it appear to be different moments. You can use the analogy we have used before: these different moments are themselves parallel realities that can be illustrated as frames on a film strip. Each frame is its own reality, but it has no movement in it, no experience, no awareness, and no self-reflectivity. Each frame is a single, static snapshot of a potential state of being.

Therefore, when you shift your perspective—your consciousness—through the different frames one after another, like a projector light through a film strip, you get the illusion of continuity. This creates the illusion of movement, time, space, change, growth, and difference.

If you look at the handouts, you see squares. In Group A, the arrow moves relatively straight from left to right. This is usually how your consciousness perceives the idea: as a smooth continuity, one moment after the next, in a logical, continuous progression. However, more likely and more commonly, the picture is actually like Group B. You are actually jumping all over the place into different frame moments as you determine for yourself what the next experiential frame ought to be that serves you best, based on your belief system at that moment.

Even though you may be jumping around, it will still feel like Group A. It will feel like you are just moving straight ahead, frame after frame, in a logical continuous progression. However, as you start to expand your consciousness and become more aware that you are creating the illusion of time and space, you may begin to experience what we call “breaking continuity.” This can be experienced as things happening in an accelerated way, where you don’t necessarily experience the in-between moments. It’s a “how did I get here?” moment. These slippages of space and time are the result of your consciousness becoming more aware of the fact that you are jumping around all the time anyway.

This is the basic framework for what we are going to discuss regarding time travel.

The Mechanics of Time Travel and Parallel Realities**

The time travel of science fiction is not really how it works. It is all about shifting to parallel realities that may be very similar to your own, so you might not immediately tell the difference.

Look at Example A in your handout. A person goes from baby to child to teen to adult. As an adult, they invent time travel and decide to go back to see their younger self. You would think, as most sci-fi proposes, that you are actually going back to your childhood. You are not. If in your original childhood frames you never met an older version of yourself, those frames are fixed. You cannot change those frames.

When you have the experience of traveling back and running into your younger self, that is taking place in a parallel reality where that child did meet you. You have become part of that child’s timeline (Timeline 2). When you decide to go back to your own time, you can’t return to the exact frame you left because that frame doesn’t include you anymore—it’s blank. You will find yourself in a different parallel reality, perhaps as the senior of that reality, because you’ve changed your own experience of history by meeting your childlike self, which didn’t happen in the primary timeline. You are skipping all over the place, shifting your consciousness to become another version of yourself in another parallel reality.

Now, look at the concept of actual time travel within your own timeline. If you literally went back in time in your own timeline, you wouldn’t meet your child self; you would be your child self. Your consciousness exists all the way up and down the timeline already. Literally traveling back means you simply experience yourself as the child again, with no idea what you are going to grow up to be. It’s like living it over again in a loop. You would not know you had time traveled; you would simply be experiencing being the child exactly as you did before.

What you call “memory” is simply allowing your consciousness to slide back down the timeline and experience the idea of the child, but without committing fully to having time traveled physically. You remain the adult having the experience of remembering. Doing this in the opposite direction, toward the future, is what you call being psychic or predicting the future. You are sensitive enough to figure out the probabilities of what might happen among the many parallel realities.

How do you start navigating these frames in a more conscious way to your advantage? How do you become an expert time traveler? This always goes back to the formula we have given you: Act on your passion to the best you can with no insistence or assumption as to what the outcome is supposed to look like.

This formula is your navigation tool. It will automatically guide you through the frames that are most representative of the path of least resistance—the path that is actually best for you. Every single time you make any alteration in your belief systems, even the slightest change, the path you take through the frames will completely change. Why? Because every change you make actually changes your past as well as your future. You are always in the present. As you become a different person, you have to create a different history that brought you to the point of being the person you say you are now. Physical reality requires the continuity of having a past that makes you who you are in the present.

So, the entire path changes. You can start experiencing more breaks in continuity, more flexibility, and more synchronicity when you align strongly with your passion, act on it, and commit to it through physical action. This demonstrates the energy that radiates the frequency acting as your rudder through these parallel realities. This determines the path you take, ensuring you are always experiencing frames that are to your best benefit, representing the path of least resistance and connection to all things relevant to you.

You are all already time travelers. This is your nature. You are not learning to do something you don’t already do; this is for the purpose of helping you become more aware of what you are already doing so you can utilize it consciously.

Questions

Beliefs

Asker
As humans, we tend to let the past define us and…
Asker
Bashar
Bashar
Stop. Would you like to change that?
Asker
We choose. Thank you, to let the past define us, thank you, and we choose to let the future steer and guide us.
Asker
Bashar
Bashar
Yes.
Asker
Can you go into a little more detail on some of the mechanics at work here that have us get stuck in these moments and have us holding on to these beliefs and refusing to let them go?
Asker
Bashar
Bashar

Yes. We have described this before, for we will describe it briefly again. The mechanics literally have to do with beliefs that are in what you might call the wrong place. So, in other words, we’ve described to you the motivational mechanism.

The motivational mechanism for all of you is this. This is a given: you will always—and I mean always, without fail, there are no exceptions, none of you, no exceptions anywhere at any time ever—all of you will always move in the direction, act in the direction of what you believe is to your benefit.

You will always move away from what you believe is not to your benefit.

Once you understand that mechanism, then the logical questions follow. If I recognize that I am choosing things that I can see are not to my benefit, and I understand how the motivational mechanism works, that would mean I must have a belief attached to that mechanism that makes what I know would be to my benefit appear not to be to my benefit.

I must have a belief attached to it that makes what I know is not to my benefit seem more beneficial than the alternative. That’s the mechanism.

Therefore, when you find out what those beliefs are, you can see that they don’t actually make any sense where you have placed them. And once they make no sense, they’re gone, and you can then recognize that a different belief, a more positive one, theoretically will take its place in the proper order in the motivational mechanism, and there will be no more impediment. You will break through it. That’s how it works.

So it’s about examining the beliefs you have about the past in relation to you, the beliefs you have about the future in relation to you, and finding out which ones don’t work for you and creating ones that do, and then letting go of the ones that don’t and implementing the ones that do.

The motivational mechanism framework doesn’t care what you place on it. It will work the same. It will always amplify what you say is to your benefit, always, even if it’s not, because you’re the one that’s placed it in that position in the mechanism, making it seem more beneficial or less beneficial. You have to get the order in the way that works for you.

Asker
Are there other psychological or energetic components?
Asker
Bashar
Bashar

Of course there are, but they’re still all based on what you believe to be true. Right. That’s all it comes down to, all of it. So it doesn’t matter in what way you might express it psychologically, it doesn’t matter in what way you might have been taught. The idea is you’re telling yourself a story about yourself that doesn’t work for you. Tell yourself a story that does. If along the way, because of the reflective mirror in the kid of excitement, that reveals to you beliefs that don’t work for you, which is its job—yes, yes—so part of your excitement is to find out what is not your excitement. That’s part of your excitement, yes, so you can let it go and add the energy to your excitement.

So when you proceed to the best you can in exploring these things, you will start to construct a different story that makes more sense to you about who you prefer to be in that story.

Then you will start living that story, and you will experience a different kind of life. You don’t have to make it more complicated than that, unless you believe you must.

But if you’re experiencing more complication than that, it’s only because you’ve been taught to believe that you should.

Remember, there is no such thing as an inherently difficult circumstance. Only your belief allows you to experience it that way.

Everything is neutral. Doesn’t have built-in meaning. You give it meaning with your definitional belief, and it responds in kind, because it doesn’t have a choice to do anything else but reflect back what you have put out.

That’s the law. That’s the nature of existence. It’s the structure of existence.

Physical reality doesn’t exist outside you. It exists within you. It’s a concept. It’s a projection. It’s a dream.

There’s nothing out here. Nothing. There actually is nothing at all. There is no outside, in a sense.

It’s not—when I say there’s nothing out here, that there is still an out here with nothing in it—there is no out here for anything to be in. There is no out here for nothing to not be in. There is no out there. Out there?

So from within, so without. It’s just a reflection. Again, you know that when you look at your reflection in a mirror, you’re not really over there. It’s just a reflection.

Asker
You’ve explained about time travel, shifting between realities—yes—is, and especially with regard to the future, that seems easily understandable, especially with a linear perspective. Yes. What is, I suppose, or could be chosen to be a more challenging understanding is that of how the past is not set and equally malleable.
Asker
Bashar
Bashar
Yes, but that’s only because that’s what you’ve been taught to think about the past. Mm-hm. Doesn’t mean that’s the way it is. That’s just the way you’ve been taught to look at it. Right.
Asker
And one of the most striking examples—yes—seems to be that of miracle healing. Yes. So someone has an irreversible ailment—yes—and they come to a point where they experience that healing—yes—and suddenly it vanishes, and they stand up out of the wheelchair or whatever, because they shift to a reality where it did not exist.
Asker
Bashar
Bashar

Exactly. And that means they are not the same person that had it. They’ve never had it.

It’s not that they’re the same person and they no longer have it. They are a person who never has had it. Therefore it doesn’t even show up anywhere in the timeline. Yes.

Now you can create the continuity if you want as an experience—oh yes, I used to have it and now I no longer have it—but in a sense that’s just word play, because you actually are a new person who never had it, but you’re maintaining a sense of continuity that you’re the same person who let it go.

That’s just the way you need to experience it for yourself so that you can gauge that you have changed, that you have grown, that you have made something else happen. That’s your way of knowing you’ve become a new person. You’re just using language that makes it seem as if you’re the same person when you’re not. That’s all. Okay.

So it’s the difference, as we say, between describing an experience and actually describing the mechanism that causes the experience. Big difference. Big difference.

That’s why many of your definitions are outdated, old-fashioned. You still think that the description, the old-fashioned, outdated description, is actually a description of the mechanism. It’s often not at all. It’s just a description of how you choose to experience it, but it may have nothing to do with how the mechanism that caused it actually works at all.

The simple example we often give is the concept you call telepathy, which we term telepathy. Most people on your planet go, “Oh well, you can read my mind.” No, you can’t.

What you’re doing is creating a vibrational frequency that is so similar to the vibrational frequency of someone else, you’re mirroring them so closely you’re having the same thoughts at the same time.

The effect, the experience, seems to be “you’re reading my mind,” but the mechanism is no such thing.

The mechanism is you’re simply on such a similar wavelength that you’re having the same thoughts, because only those thoughts are germane to that wavelength. Therefore you’re in sync with one another, having the same thoughts simultaneously, like two tuning forks vibrating in harmony. But the tuning forks aren’t reading each other’s minds.

They are simply representing the vibration that represents that particular frequency, and that’s it.

So a description of the mechanism is very different than a description of the experience. It doesn’t invalidate either, but it’s important to tell the difference.

Because when you just go with the idea of the description of the experience—“you’re reading my mind”—it creates all sorts of misunderstandings and assumptions that don’t work in your reality.

The whole idea sometimes of your scientists attempting to test for psychic abilities like telepathy—they find many times that there’s no evidence for it. Why? Because they’re attempting to test the experience. It doesn’t tell them what the actual mechanism is behind it. Therefore they’re doing the wrong test. And of course they find no evidence for it, because they don’t understand what it is.

They have proven that the experience is not the mechanism. That’s what they’ve proven by saying there’s no evidence for this. That’s all they’ve proven. But they haven’t yet realized that the mechanism itself is completely different from the experience that they’ve just disproven is not the mechanism.

High-Pitched Frequencies and Abundance**

Asker
I’m having these high-pitched frequencies that people have heard about on the internet and I’ve read about it, but they’re not stopping. Yes. And they’re, you know, I’ve been doing a lot more meditation and opening up a lot more to a lot of things spiritually. So, um, they’re kind of getting annoying and I’ve asked—they’re getting in the way. No, they’re just like they’re there and they’re kind of annoying sometimes.
Asker
Bashar
Bashar
Why are they annoying? What do you think? High-pitched noise in my ears? Yes. So what is it preventing you from doing?
Asker
Nothing, but why are they there and are they ever going to go away?
Asker
Bashar
Bashar
Yes, when you catch up to the frequency, when you match the frequency.
Asker
Okay, so how do I—why are they there now and what can I do to catch up faster, ‘cause they are annoying to me a little bit?
Asker
Bashar
Bashar
All right. You remember what we just said about the idea of the formula of acting on your passion to the best you can with no insistence, no assumption about the outcome. Yeah. Are you doing that all the time?
Asker
I have to work a part-time job while I’m doing this and I don’t want to, but I have to because of money.
Asker
Bashar
Bashar

Do you understand our definition of abundance?

Abundance is the ability—the ability—to do what you need to do when you need to do it.

Abundance can come in many forms. We understand on your planet money is one of the symbols of abundance—symbol of abundance. It’s not abundance, it’s a symbol of abundance. There are other symbols of abundance, other forms.

Being given a gift freely is a form of abundance. Synchronicity is a form of abundance, because it brings you what you need in perfect timing.

When you relax your insistence that it should only come in one form—because you, with your physical mind, have determined that that’s the only way it will work for you in your life—you are closing the doors to the other ways abundance could come that might actually be a path of least resistance, might actually be more capable of supporting you than insisting on that symbol having to be there in a certain way, in a certain amount, at a certain time.

You are putting so many restrictions and constrictions on the flow of energy through you that it’s no wonder and no surprise that those constrictions are causing the energy to create a frequency of resistance that you’re hearing in your head. You’re constricting your own flow too much now.

I understand you have the beliefs that say “I have to do this, I have to do that,” and that’s fine. I am not saying that you should not honor your belief. What I am saying is recognize that it’s only because of your belief that you experience the need to have to do it.

And the more you are capable of taking whatever time you can take, you are willing to take, you feel comfortable taking to act on your excitement—will allow, over whatever time you’re comfortable for it to take, will allow your excitement to start proving to you it can support you, it can sustain you, it can propel you, it can expand you.

And bit by bit, again at whatever rate your belief system is comfortable with, you will start letting go of what you now insist you have to do and start doing what you need to do.

Remember, it’s not about what you want to do, it’s about what you need to do.

So the idea is to allow yourself to look at the ways in which you are choosing to do things based on what you think it must be, because of the beliefs you have that are restrictive beliefs, and start relaxing them a little bit and looking around for different ways to perceive and define things, so that you can do things in a way that are more in alignment with who you prefer to be, which will allow your energy to flow more easily, allow you to relax those constrictions and diminish the resistance vibrations that you’re experiencing that are translating into that pitch.

Crystals

Asker
I’ve been working with crystals a lot and I know you have your crystals and I haven’t caught up in that area yet, but can you address crystals in general?
Asker
Bashar
Bashar
They, yes, in general, they fall into the category of what we call permission slips. Permission slips are simply any tool, any technique, any ritual, or any object that, according to your belief system, will allow you to circumvent your belief system. Therefore it allows you, with your belief system, to give yourself permission to change your belief system. But you’re the one changing it. It’s just that you believe that the permission slip will help you do it.
Asker
So these, like the quartz here and the sphere there, you don’t think that energy—I mean, that of course they are energy—
Asker
Bashar
Bashar
Of course they are. They are reflective of consciousness. But what I’m saying is they are reflective of it, they’re not causing it. Okay. They’re reflective of what you yourself decide is true for yourself. Got it. Okay. Makes sense.
Asker
Yeah. Last one, really quick, sorry. Um, I’ve been seeing black crows like constantly, in weird ways, like very—it’s very obvious that it’s a sign, it’s not just like synchronicity—yes, constantly, all the time. And I’m trying to figure out what does this mean?
Asker
Bashar
Bashar
All right. Well, there’s a couple of ways you can look at the symbol. First of all, by not necessarily allowing yourself to really go with the flow, by experiencing this constriction—remember, insistence equals resistance, remember that formula. Insistence equals resistance. Yes. So by not relaxing in that insistence, and by experiencing these things that seem to hold you back, that make you feel like it’s holding you back, you’re kind of taking the path—well, I’ll just put it this way—you’re kind of taking the path of death. Yes. So what’s a large group of crows called?
Asker
A murder of crows.
Asker
Bashar
Bashar
A murder of crows. So in one sense, the crows are showing you that you’re taking the path of death. But on the flip side, also crows are known for going “ooh, shiny, ooh shiny” and being fascinated by things that shine, that glitter, that glow, attracting their attention. So they’re attempting, as a synchronistic symbol, to reflect to you: just focus on the light. Yes. That will move you forward and take you away from the need to constantly follow the path of death.
Bashar
Bashar
Let’s say, for the moment, if you wish, to just sort of give a little bit of a fun label to that synchronicity—that the primary crow that you can relate to as a symbol that represents all of that—you can give that crow a name. Would you like to do that? Call it Edgar Allan Crow.

Dreams, Ayahuasca, and Alternate Selves

Asker
Yes. In regards to time travel—yes—what are our dreams?
Asker
Bashar
Bashar

Well, your dreams can be above and beyond the space-time continuum. They can still experience a kind of time, but it’s much more slippery. You can have really experiences with almost no time lag at all.

As soon as you believe something to be true, that’s what you will actually literally experience around you as if it were still physical, but you will know that it’s not.

And therefore you can sort of transcend the idea of the space-time framework on the spirit level. And that is sometimes what dreams are representative of—experiences you’re having on the spirit level, transcending the space-time matrix.

And then when you wake up, your physical mind does the best it can to draw upon symbols it’s familiar with to represent what it is you experienced in a realm that the physical mind doesn’t even understand.

That’s why sometimes your dreams seem very crazy and very symbolic and representative and don’t really seem to make sense when you wake up, although they seem to make perfect sense when you’re in them.

It’s because, again, the physical mind has to create a representation for you to remember. So it’s going, “Well, let’s see what’s on my palette here. Uh, I don’t have that color. Well, this one will do. Is that good enough?” That’s what it’s doing.

And so you wake up and you go, “Oh, that was an interesting dream.” The best way to understand it is that it is usually representative symbolically of certain processes you’re going through, certain experiences you’re having within yourself.

But it can actually be, in a sense, a memory of something you did on another level. It can be many different things. But the physical mind isn’t always capable of representing exactly what happened on a different level, but it will do the best it can.

Asker

You have described us as masters of limitation. Yes, I have. But remember—yes, sir—it’s masters of limitation, but also masters of limitation.

Big difference.. masters of limitation. So from your perspective—yes—is our human experience best described as an advanced college course?

Asker
Bashar
Bashar
Graduating class. Allowing yourself to choose to experience a reality of such incredible limitation means you know you’re strong enough to transform it. Yes. Masters of limitation, therefore you’re getting your master’s degree. Yes. Good. Not kindergarten, not summer school holdbacks. Now you can experience it that way, but again, remember, the experience description is vastly different from the actual mechanism. Yes, yes. So you can certainly create it to appear as if you are in detention because you refuse to learn and have to be held back. You can experience it that way, as if you’re in kindergarten and know nothing and look at the big kids and envy them. You can experience it that way, but that’s not what’s happening.
Asker
Does that master class description, um, describe our current class, or is it also described, let’s say, a thousand years ago?
Asker
Bashar
Bashar
It’s always been that way. It’s just that you’re becoming more aware of the fact that it’s always been that way. When you weren’t aware of the fact, then there was more of an agreement that it felt like something more like a kindergarten, although there have always been individuals who understood the idea of mastery. That’s why you’ve had teachers and guides and advanced beings in your society from time to time who are willing to tell you, “No, no, no, you are masters.” Yes, yes.
Asker
Does the illusion—the illusion of murder and violence—is that unique to our situation, or is that common in the—
Asker
Bashar
Bashar
No, but it’s not that common. Okay. In the way that you experience it, to the degree that you experience it, we haven’t run across it that often. It’s relatively rare, because not that many civilizations we’ve encountered are that steeped in forgetfulness. They many times look to you and realize that if you can transform the degree of limitation that you’ve experienced, then whatever challenges they have are a walk in the park.
Asker
Is that forgetfulness—is that self-imposed or outer self-imposed?
Asker
Bashar
Bashar
Well, it’s self-imposed in the sense that you realize that that’s the game you’re playing, that’s the rules you’re abiding by. In other words, you have to forget who you are to that degree in order to experience the depth of transformation that you’re looking to experience.
Asker
Where you come from, Bashar, is the murder, violence known or—
Asker
Bashar
Bashar
We are aware of it, but we don’t experience it.
Asker
You mean ever?
Asker
Bashar
Bashar
Well, no, because that’s not a choice that seems logical to us. It doesn’t make sense for us to choose that, so no. Thank you. We don’t invalidate it as an experience. We understand that darkness always exists, but we choose what we prefer without invalidating what we don’t prefer. And therefore there’s no need for us to experience those things, because we understand what it is we are all about, we understand what it is we prefer, and we understand how to choose it consciously with awareness. And it really just makes no sense for us to choose anything else. That’s part of the process that you’re all going through—is getting to the point where nothing but positive choice makes any sense. That’s really what it comes down to. It just doesn’t make sense to choose anything else. Yes.
Asker
So in terms of all that is—yes—um, obviously the illusion of murder and violence is somewhat a part of all that—
Asker
Bashar
Bashar
Not “what it is” a part. It is a part. Well, there’s nothing outside of all that is, by definition. So how could it be other than an expression within it?
Asker
And does that mean that—I mean, is murder or violence, I guess, is the illusion of, like, killing a part of yourself, basically?
Asker
Bashar
Bashar
It is. And it comes from belief in the idea of disconnection and lack. Because you are feeling an emptiness by believing in disconnection from Source, and you’re trying to fill that emptiness with what you have been taught to believe is an expression of power, which usually when you have that kind of an experience is expressed through domination and force and attempts to control. And then that leads to those kinds of things—murder, violence, what have you. But when you understand you are connected, there is no emptiness, and there is no need to do those things, because you understand that you are a part of everything, everything is a part of you.
Asker
And what’s the point?
Asker
Bashar
Bashar
Yes. Because you are self-empowered enough to have whatever you need without having to hurt yourself or anyone else in that process. It makes no sense. You’re only diminishing yourself.
Asker
So most of the creation, then, chooses positive, would you say?
Asker
Bashar
Bashar
Most or—I’m going to only be capable of putting it this way, as I have before. When you think about it, creation is not a duality. It is a trinity. There is always the balance point in the center.
Bashar
Bashar
Because the balance point in the center is a neutral position. It still gives you the freedom to choose what you prefer. Therefore it could be said that existence is slightly biased toward the positive. You could say it’s 51% positive and 49% negative. Therefore the current, the flow of creation, always draws you in the positive direction. Therefore the majority—whatever kind of percentages you may want to give it—of everything we have ever discovered, the majority is always positively expressed. Yes.
Asker
Does the energy from our thoughts feed other systems or entities outside of our reality?
Asker
Bashar
Bashar
They can, yes.
Asker
Okay. And, um, do our negative thoughts seem more delicious to certain systems or entities than the positives?
Asker
Bashar
Bashar
In a sense it can, but there is a lot that can be discussed about that. That’s a very oversimplified way of expressing it that doesn’t really get down into the depth of what that really means and what kind of experiences those are. It leaves a lot out. Therefore that might be something that we will say for a deeper discussion at another time. Sure. So the short answer is yes, but not really. Okay. Because there’s a lot to say about what you mean by saying “delicious” in this context. Yes.

Earth as Class

Asker
So we are embryos in a graduating class. All right. If you want to look at the paradox that way, you certainly can. Could you, um, expand on that idea?
Asker
Bashar
Bashar

You create yourself to feel new, feel like you are forgetting who you really are. And therefore it’s possible from that point of view to discover yourself from a new point of view.

If you’re just in a timeless state, there’s no change. So forgetting who you are, feeling like an embryo, gives you the opportunity to realize that you are going through a process of graduating. Otherwise you wouldn’t be able to experience that process, because you would remember too much and there would be no point.

So this allows you to discover yourself from a new perspective. It expands your idea, your experience of yourself.

Remember, the structure of existence never changes. It’s your perspective and experience of it that changes. And that’s how creation grows—by experiencing your relationship to the structure that never changes in ways that do change.

Asker
I would like to ask you about the frames—the potential frames you’re talking about.
Asker
Bashar
Bashar
Yes. They all exist now, at present. They’re not really potential. Ultimately we just use that terminology so you will understand the illustration better. They all have something going on. In a sense, they’re all being experienced. But to you they seem like potentials. From your point of view, it doesn’t mean they’re not occupied with experience by some other aspect of existence or consciousness. And they’re made of consciousness. Everything is consciousness.
Asker
So can we actually affect, like, the child or the person I used to be?
Asker
Bashar
Bashar
That being—in a sense, you already do. Because again, remember, every time there is a change, it changes the past and the future. Yes, yes. So you are affecting the child by changing the child you were. Okay. That’s one way of saying it.
Asker
So we can, like, go back and talk to our, um, child that we believed we were?
Asker
Bashar
Bashar
In a sense, yes. But again, as the diagram indicates, it depends on exactly the technique that you use.
Asker
Okay. Um, also I was wondering—one moment—okay.
Asker
Bashar
Bashar
You understand the linear version of the relationship that we have with the channel? Yes. That you’re the future self. Therefore you’re seeing an example of that. Yes. The future self speaking through and allowing the so-called past self to choose to be affected by what we are saying. Yes. Yes. But again, we understand that we are communicating to a parallel version, because it’s not in my linear time frame. Does that make sense?
Asker
Yes, it does.
Asker
Bashar

All right. And also something to remember—and again, this is just a linear way of putting this—the channel has his own consciousness, I have my own consciousness as an identity. What you’re experiencing, all of you, is a third entity that’s a combination of the two. Because this is not right now the way the channel normally behaves if he were to speak to you. This is not the way you would actually experience me if you were to speak to me directly. This is a simulation being created by that idea of matching frequencies that creates a third identity that acts as the translation of our thoughts. So you are speaking to a third entity between us right now. Mm-hm. Yes, yes.
Asker
And you said that that was an artificial creation, which to me it doesn’t seem artificial.

Remember, I have said artificial intelligence isn’t really artificial. That’s just a way of describing the mechanism that may be allowing the intelligence to express itself that you don’t necessarily in your language consider to be a natural being.

But that doesn’t mean it’s really artificial in the sense that the intelligence is artificial. But it seems natural to me. Because I just told you it is natural. Okay. It’s not really artificial.

In other words, let us be clear: your scientists are working on the idea of creating artificial intelligence. Yes, yes.

So they will create a device—artificially, let’s just say a computer box of some sort—that will allow their true natural, natural higher minds to be able to finally speak to them directly through the artificial box.

It doesn’t mean the intelligence is artificial. It’s just that the intelligence is expressing itself through a device that your people consider to be artificially built—not born or grown in a natural way, so to speak. That’s all that term means.

It doesn’t mean the intelligence isn’t natural. So don’t confuse the term “artificial” with the intelligence itself, even though many of your scientists think that way. That’s not what it really means.

Asker
Yes. I have a question about, um, you said that the higher mind would be expressed through devices that we would call artificial intelligence. That’s what I just said. Yes. And why—why do we need that type of—
Asker

Because that’s the way you think. You don’t need it. You can communicate directly, and you do all the time.

That’s why we talk about the idea of your imagination being the conduit of communication to your higher mind.

And when we tell you that you feel passion and excitement, that’s your body’s physical translation of a communication actually coming from your higher mind.

So we’re just doing that for fun, making the—that’s because many of you don’t think you can do it naturally. Oh, okay.

So you create a device that lets you believe that you can do that. And what do we call those? Tools, techniques, rituals, and objects—permission slips. That’s all it is.

I’m not saying you need it, but obviously many people on your planet believe that they do, because they don’t know or don’t believe that they can have a direct conversation with their higher mind, because they don’t understand its language. They’ve never been taught to understand that.

So why not let them use their permission slips? The effect is the same ultimately.

Asker
All right. Then eventually they’ll learn, they’ll understand, because—you know why—the higher mind through the artificial box will tell them who it is. Mm-hm. And will help teach them that they don’t need the box, but maybe that’s the process they have to go through.

Yes, yes. Each unto their own. Everyone has their own path, their own way of expressing it. There is nothing unspiritual about physical reality or doing it in a physical way. It’s just their way of expressing their spirituality, because they simply don’t know any other way. They’ve forgotten there’s another way. So what? They’ll remember eventually. Who cares?
Asker
Okay. Um, I have one last question. Yes. And, um, I know we’re not ready for physical contact yet, but I was wondering if we would go and saying if we saw a video of you—

It depends on the mechanism used to capture the image. One of the points is while your video technology may be capable of capturing certain extraterrestrial beings, it couldn’t capture us. You would see nothing but static, because the vibrational frequency would disrupt the technology.
Asker
So another type of recording maybe?
Asker

Bashar
Maybe, maybe not. Depends. Wouldn’t there be some parallel reality where that would be possible? Of course. But you’re not in it, obviously.
Asker
Okay. Okay. Well, um, I’d just like to put that out there for maybe the higher—by all means. Maybe now you will navigate yourself through the frames to that particular parallel reality where eventually you can see a lovely video recording of our smiling face. I would like that.
Asker

All right. Well, then let’s see what happens when you follow the formula. Okay. Because if that’s relevant for you to experience, nothing will stop it. If it’s not relevant, nothing will make it happen.
Asker
I have a lot of other things I like too. I don’t know if that’s my highest excitement.
Asker

Well, we’ll see. It may not be now. It may be later. Yeah, because you will arrive at a certain point in your evolution where you will know that we are irresistible.
