Males have no hair; females do, it tends to be white, although he said there are exceptions. They're very slight. They have that sort of typical small nose, small mouth, small ears, larger slightly larger head, slightly larger eyes, but not too far off from us. My daily life, the things that I do, allow me to really just flow that energy more, that vibration more into the things I do. We can all channel—we all do channel. Channeling is a natural state that we can all access. It's when you do that thing that you love to do, when you don't notice the passage of time, when you're totally in your passion—when an actor becomes the character, when a singer is lost in the song—that's a channeling state. We're all channels. It just depends on what you do with it. The more you stay in that state, the more it changes you, and the more you get to a point where that's your natural state, and you find that you simply don't go back. You won't go back to whatever it is that you were doing before, and things change in your life, things change in your body, things change in your energy. About two hours of letting that amplified energy rub off on me is about all I need at the moment to be able to apply it in my life. Almost always. Because remember the idea is that when you have a negative belief, the negative belief will generate fear because all emotions stem from beliefs and definitions. So if you find that you have some negative definition, it&rsquo;s going to generate the idea of that fear. The fear is there to let you know that you have a negative belief, so you can find out what it is and change it—if you actually truly know that it doesn&rsquo;t serve you. But if you hold on to it, then you&rsquo;re actually saying you have a belief that it does serve you somehow—not that it necessarily actually does, but you have a belief that it does, which is the only reason you would hold on to something you say you don&rsquo;t prefer. You actually have in what you call your unconscious level an idea that it does serve you, and so you hold on to it and you keep reliving it. So you have to find out how you&rsquo;re defining this idea, how you&rsquo;re defining your relationship to other people, circumstances, and situations, that would make it seem to your benefit to hold on to something you say you don&rsquo;t prefer. The only reason you would hold on to something you say you don&rsquo;t prefer is that you make it seem to be beneficial, and that&rsquo;s done by defining it as beneficial because of perhaps a fear of the opposite. So from the linear perspective, you can create that experience, you can create that effect. But when you do in a sense pass into spirit, you will realize that those different realities with those different frequencies all already exist simultaneously side by side in a sense, or overlapping in a sense. Thank you all so much for being here. Today's session is entitled The Law of Attraction and Repulsion and as it's very interesting title too because it brings to mind a lot of different things. I think the idea of things you're attracted to, things you're repulsed by. The essence of this session is it's about having a new tool that will allow you to rapidly transform core beliefs that are in a sense standing in your way. And you can expect that with 2012 coming and these accelerated energies that we're going to be receiving that we will need these tools to be able to work through any emotional things that are coming up this year. Have many of you found that 2011 has been somewhat challenging? Yeah, in a beautiful way. I love that, that's great. That's true, you know, and so we see so many changes happening in our world and there's definitely a heightened energy and expectation because of the concept of the end of the Mayan calendar and everything. So the idea would be that with this new tool from Bashar we'll be able to handle whatever comes our way and stay in that sense like in the eye of the storm, to stay centered, stay balanced and be able to transform whatever comes up during that process. So again, thank you all very much for being here and I think this will add a wonderful new tool to your kit and prepare you for 2012. ## Contact Crystals Information Lastly I just want to mention a few things. First of all, I know most of you are probably familiar with the Contact Crystals at this point. I will just briefly mention that the Contact Crystals are something that we're sharing with all of you. In the last few months we've been able to make them available. The Contact Crystals are something that are based on a design of a crystal that Bashar was shown in his childhood. He was about 3 years old because he was born into a family of Contact Specialists and as Contact Specialists, the children are shown from a very early age many different angles of that Heritage. The Crystal that he originally saw was I think the Central crystal is like 7 feet across, 3 feet across, it was big. Every time a new contact occurs another facet to the crystal is added. As a result, we spoke with Kirby who is our Crystal genius basically, Crystal Kirby's responsible for these crystals and our Holot over there. So we've been able to have things created by Kirby based on the ideas that Bashar gives us. This Contact Crystal was then created, and then ultimately we had Bashar's family crest insignia put on it which is the Trilion with the spiral in it. The meaning of that crest - I know a lot of people I've seen on the internet like people saying oh it's this and it's that - I think it's just fundamentally it's a Trilion with a spiral in the center which represents upward accelerating energy. So we do have some of those available now and sometimes people have had some really incredible experiences with them. So we welcome you to use that symbol if it works for you. The other thing that we've newly gotten from Kirby are these little crystal skulls. We had an interview with Bashar where we had Dale Walker who was one of the people who helped us with the questions all about the crystal skulls and everything. We put together an interview where Bashar answered some really interesting questions about the crystal skulls and why they're here and how to use them and we put together a kit with a little Crystal Skull and the DVD with Bashar. Some people saw him at the Crystal Skull weekend that's happening right now and they just said that meditation that Bashar does with the 13 crystal skulls is just amazing. ## Hawaii Workshop Announcement Lastly just wanted to mention again that I'm doing a workshop with the Bashar information March 4th through the 11th. This is a collaboration that I created with Bashar where Bashar did guided meditations for us for every morning before we go out and swim with the wild spinner dolphins in Hawaii. In the afternoons we reconvene and have another guided meditation with Bashar. These are pre-recorded guided meditations. Since the whales are in that time of year, we will also be interacting with the humpback whales. They come to Hawaii, those are their birthing grounds and they give birth to their children and they also meet up with the guy whales that they like. It's a really exciting experience. They're huge and they're very demonstrative in terms of breaching, coming up out of the water, coming over to the boats interacting with us. As you can see they're playing with the leaves and that is a game that we call Leaf Game. We bring leaves into the water and the Dolphins love the leaves and they actually wear them like jewelry as you can see. Sometimes they get into what we call Advanced Leaf games which you saw that dolphin that was doing sort of acrobatic things with the leaf and having it float down his body and moving it with his tail. Yeah they get really creative with the things they do with the leaves and they also do some really incredible things once in a while with bubbles and bubble rings and stuff like that. So it's a very much an interactive play experience. Yeah. He says that the ego cannot understand the fifth dimension and beyond.</p> <p><strong>Bashar:</strong> Not really because the idea of what you typically call evil on your planet is simply the idea of negative energy expressing itself and negative energy is very separative and segregative and cannot comprehend the idea of that which is integrative and expansive. They can only understand the idea of the downward spiral in frequency, not the upward one. The ego is negative. Ego by itself is not negative. When ego is forced to do things that is not designed to do, it can in a sense create a feedback loop that allows it to become resistant and resentful of being given tasks it is not designed to do. And when it does that, it can then, shall we say, slip into the version you call the negative ego. The ego by itself in its neutral state is really just designed to keep you focused in your physical reality experience. That&rsquo;s its only task. It is only designed to function as a perceiver of physical experience. It is not designed to control anything. It is not designed to conceive of anything. It is not designed really to know how anything is going to happen. It is only designed to perceive how things are happening. Only the higher mind is designed to conceive of how things can happen for you. Thus then the ego just needs to be quiet and experience the things that are happening.</p>
