The first thing that represents the strongest beliefs you had in life, then many of you will experience the realization, the seeming physicalization of those beliefs, of those fears.
But if someone had an idea that hell would be extremely painful in that way, then if they immediately find themselves in that self-created scenario, they are very unlikely to be able to hold on to sustaining that degree of pain and self-infliction.
In a sense, and again not meaning to be derogatory nor flippant, hell, the concept you usually hold it to be, could only be populated for very long by masochists, by true masochists.
For as soon as you know that the pain you are enduring is not something you can tolerate, it will lessen because your mind in the non-physical reality instantly translates into the seeming experience you are having.
And the second you are aware that the second you change your thoughts, the scenario around you changes. You’ll begin to get the idea pretty quick that you don’t have to hang around in that scenario.
And then it becomes clearer to you that whatever you believe at any given moment, even on that level and especially in a sense on that level in many ways, is what most quickly manifests and realizes into the experiential reality you are having. You all follow along.
So these ideas—they are states of being. You can be in that state anywhere, anytime, any way you wish.
There is a way that heaven and/or hell can be expressed on earth. A way it can be expressed on any other civilization’s planet. A way it can be expressed in any dimensional level in which the concept of that type or degree of polarity may exist.
But it is not unique unto its own place. It touches all levels in that sense because any frequency can be said to be its own place. In that sense, you can say it is its own place.
But both are places that bridge all and contain all other dimensions of experience.
So you can be in either state wherever you are. It is up to you to choose which one you prefer and which one you believe is most representative of the being you prefer to be.
You can manifest heaven on your earth.
Desire is:
- manifest ability
- what physicalizes, materializes, manifests the belief blueprint you have drawn up in your imagination.
You have consciously chosen with your conscious commandment the vibration you prefer, your desire to choose that vibration is All-That-Is necessary to manifest the reflections of that vibration in your life. Now some of you may wish to create processes between the desire and the manifestability, but when brought right down to basics, desire itself is manifest ability. The desire strong enough is enough to create it, to attract it. That is all. Any other process you invent, it is your enjoyment to do so. So enjoy the process if there must be one. And that enjoyment of any process between desire and manifestability will shorten the distance between them.
Joan and the Whale Adoption Project
Joan: I received in the mail the Whale Adoption Project. A group calling themselves the International Wildlife Coalition has been studying a group of whales that live in the North Atlantic and cruise up and down the coast of Cape Cod and who knows where else.
They have identified over the last several years 70 individual whales and have actually taken pictures of the flukes as they dive and given them names and written up a little report about each one. And for $15, you can adopt a whale of your choice and thereby—I love this idea—it so makes it so personal—and thereby assist um, this organization in making life on this planet safe for whales and bringing them under the protection of all the nations on the planet. So I immediately went over the list. There is a list posted on the back bulletin board and some of these flyers for all of you that are interested in having your very own whale, so to speak, or at least sharing that consciousness. And I adopted three.
Bashar: The human adoption program the whales might have which in dream reality may have translated out into the concept of the “adopt a whale” program the humans came up with
Joan: I just would like them to know I am definitely up for adoption. So, in looking over the list, I immediately found two names that I thought, of course, I’ve got to have: Navajo, because that to me represents the planet itself. All right. Right. And then I came across Sirius. I thought, well, of course I have to have Sirius.
Joan: I need a whale to represent Essassani. What can I find on this list? And do you know they had a name “Lightning”? And I thought how wonderful, how perfect.
Bashar: Utar in Essassani means lightning. I know Essassani means place of living light. And that you call yourselves the sun.
Joan: So those are the whales I chose. And I invite you all to go choose a whale this evening. And for those people that are going to be listening to the tape, uh, you may write to the International Wildlife Coalition, 320 Gifford Street, Falmouth, Massachusetts. Joan: There’s one thing I do want to mention in addition to this and that is a few weeks ago I shared uh, a waking dream that I had when I went to the New Life Expo and heard um, uh, two people channeling on Saturday night. Yes, thanks Lanna. When I get up here and connect with this energy, I somehow lose where I am or maybe I gain where I am. Um anyway, at that time I realized that for 3,000 people to be there paying 25 a seat to see channeling, to me meant we are entering the fourth density reality on this planet. And my further vision that I forgot to mention uh, was that I saw all these people going back to their homes and their little subdivisions and wherever they were scattering off to and each of them being a spark that would ignite others to a new age reality. And then I just had this visualization of the entire planet sparkling and lighting up as we each ignite each other. And I thought this is fantastic because we are becoming Essassani ourselves.
Dolphin Contact and Astral Experience
Last Friday evening I was created the opportunity to experience a Tibetan gong meditative experience. Oh, what? And as that began I remembered at that moment how you had last Thursday night described a way for a pregnant woman who wanted to create the idea of dolphins being present at the birth of her child.
Nice. And so I immediately through my imagination created this ovoid blue egg of electromagnetic energy. And as it expanded, my consciousness expanded with it. And with the intention of making a dolphin contact and at a certain point a whitish membrane opened within that blue ovoid egg of consciousness and I saw a gateway, an opening I should go through, that and immediately like exploded through it.
And for about the next 10 or 15 minutes I don’t have a conscious recollection of my experience.
Because when the consciousness did come back, I was in the water swimming with dolphins and the water was—wasn’t light, but it was murky or dark and we’re really having a good time. And but I was looking—I go now who where am I here? And so I said in my imagination, “Who am I?” And as I said that, this sort of large whitish dolphin comes up onto this flat rock that the water was lapping over around where we were swimming, turns its head, and sort of like shakes the water at me.
And that recognition threw me into a sea of thoughts, guys, where there was different colors in every aspect of my being and its interconnectedness with other beings, other lives, every event in my life. Wherever I would turn my attention, it would just like shoot out into all these arms of ideas and concepts.
And so I experienced that for a while. Meanwhile, I’m not even hearing the gong at all. I don’t even know that that’s there until I slowly seem to start withdrawing from that sea of thought forms of telepathy or whatever that experience was, seemingly. And came back to the music but it had been going for about 25 minutes by that time.
Nice. And then came slowly back into my conscious reality of being in that room listening to the gong. And I wanted to share that as an experience that I’m sure everyone can create on their own and also asked for an interpretation of when I said “who am I” that white dolphin that came up on the rock. My idea is that it’s either something in a past life of mine or it’s a guide in this life or both.
This means it is a strong Atlantean connection that way in connecting with the dolphin astral form. It is a counterpart of you. Ah, you are a counterpart of it.
Okay. You have been—as many of you have been—dolphin in certain lives, human in others in that way. And many of you still have strong connections to your dolphin counterpart aspects in the astral realm in that sense.
So you were in a sense looking at a reflection of yourself in a different kind of mirror. Okay. Which immediately projected into the mental plane if that was the next sea of sense.
So that you know that everything is a part of the same sea and that you swim in the same dream. It is all one sea. It is all one dream. Enjoy. Oh, your future speed dreams.
There are areas in the central African area on your planet.
There are very powerful sources of connection to the power of the earth. In that way there are also in what you call the Hopi settlement similar strong connections. In what you call your southwest United States area.
There is also the crown chakra of Shasta. In that sense there is also the third eye chakra of Tibet. In that sense there is the heart chakra of Hawaii. In that sense there is also in what you call your South American, Central American region certain aspects of the throat. In that way.
There are many also very strong vortices round about your planet that are gateway to all the chakra points. And do remember that each and every one of you is a gate and you are fundamentally connected to all the other gates upon your planet.
You may find a desire within you to visit certain areas to partake of the energy of that area which may make it seem to be stronger for you. But wherever you are and whatever your imagination is tuned to will place you squarely in that chakra point, in that energy point, and you can make whatever connections you wish from wherever you are, for all places are within you.
Conscious Commandment and Dreams
Your conscious commandment is working.
There may have been a few mixed expectations in with it, but you did get what you asked for. And do remember that in many ways the dolphin society is very alien to you. And so in that sense, you may have interpreted some of the blending of their energy as extraterrestrial, but the dolphin energy is blended with extraterrestrial consciousness, specifically Sirius and Arcturus. So you may pick up many flavors in one contact, but all the energy was there.
I’d like to share this dream and maybe you can give me some insight.
I was at my parents house Sunday evening and I had the dream afterwards that I came out of their house into the driveway which had been totally upheaved. Uh, the cement is all broken. Oh, and there was a truck of a sort almost like an army truck and I could see through the window in a driver position almost an ant base.
Next to him were four to five male figures of sorts, dark skin, all of dark skin. Nice. And they were speaking to me telepathically. I could visualize almost words on a screen going by very quickly.
And I remember them talking about the number 1 to remember this—that I would need this number, that I would be musically teaching and learning a musical instrument. I would need foreign languages and I would be traveling a lot and I needed to do all of these things and to remember all this and it was very loving and I wasn’t afraid and I was embracing all of this listening. Yeah.
And it seemed just like I understood that I needed to do all this and it was wonderful. And I went back inside and I drew someone out of the house and said, “Hey, look at this. Look who’s here.”
And this person came out and I don’t remember who it was. And he said, “Oh, isn’t this great? Hello.” And so anyway, I extended my love to these four or five beings. And the next minute they were gone. Nice.
And for some reason, I thought it was a truck, but it just disappeared and they were on a platform of a sort window, but it wasn’t a truck.
You had an astral encounter with a spacecraft. It is a mixture of New Orion and Reticulum energy. You are perceiving both races.
This is because more paramount in your life right now are the specifics that you do need to learn. But regard the aspect and the understanding of the music as something that will also assist you in understanding the emotionality of communication between yourself and dolphin life as well.
Certain aspects, certain connections that you have to certain civilizations of what you might call an extraterrestrial nature, once you get used to those connections can allow you to expand to other levels, specifically the Sirian level that will put you more directly in touch with the dolphin energy.
But you can interact with dolphin at this time specifically through the idea of tonal quality, music, and the same degree of empathy and compassion and love that you shared with them. They did give you an opportunity to exercise, to express that love, and the same type of communication can go on with dolphin consciousness.
Now in that particular interaction the dolphin consciousness was present but it was mostly, as you say, in the sidelines watching. But they did put in, as you might say, their two cents. But it was with regard to the recognition of your affinity for the musical quality. You follow me?
Oh no no no no no no no no, you have not experienced it yet. Oh, there is more to come. This is the first part of the conscious commandment you have exercised. It was the foundation that has been laid. It will continue.
Why are you assuming that the dreams you request have to take place all within the span of one of your nights? It can bridge many nights, many interactions. You follow me?
Your conscious commandment is still in effect, still going on. The momentum is still moving. You will discover the rest, all the different pieces. Let it all fall into place. Nothing has stopped. Nothing has ceased.
All right. All right. Pleasant dreams.
Any such strong attraction to any particular historical era is usually an indication of the fact that you have a life there.
Yeah, explore it to whatever extent you wish. It is up to you. But such attractions do not happen without a reason.
Now do remember once again that time is your illusion. So in many ways that life still exists, and that is why anything you wish to discover about it is easily discovered based upon what aspects of it truly move your curiosity and excitement, because it is not so very far away.
It is as simple as switching a dial and looking through the eyes of the you you were then, like looking through another window in the house in which you are presently living.
Rather than truly thinking, “Well, I have to go back to them dim dark past, dredging up through across the span of time way back there.” It is right here, right now. All within you.
And for the you you were then, this life is within that life as well. All lives bleed through to each other. There is leakage through from every life to every other life.
Whatever it is from any life that leaks through into any other life that causes you to have a pull, an attraction towards that life, are the aspects of that life that fit into whatever it is in this life you are doing.
So you can draw from the total being that you are, since in many ways you are an artist now, right? So merge and blend wherever your curiosity so desires.
Use your imagination always. Your imagination is the gate through which you can walk.
All you need to do to allow yourself more freedom to do so is to stop asking yourself, “Is my imagination real, or is that a real experience, or am I just imagining it?”
There is no difference between a real experience and one that you imagine. There may be different degrees of manifestation of the real experience in your particular realm, but that doesn’t mean that just because you imagined it, it is not real.
You cannot imagine non-existence. So anything you do imagine is on some level, somewhere, real.
Cosmic Eggs and Crystals
You may find certain individuals among you that may have identification for them.
We perceive at this time is that you acquired them because they are representative of connections you have to individuals who have made different agreements and pacts with you through many different lives.
They are an awakening symbol, a recognition symbol. They are in a sense calling cards. And because there are three of them, they are functional along the basic trinary level of creation. They are a way to remind you and awaken within you recognition of other individuals in your life at this time as associates from the past so to speak, from the present and from the future. That is one of the three representations of this idea.
They are aligning crystals to bridge the gaps that are usually created in your society between the concept of past, present and future. They are keys in that way to open the doors between the areas that you usually create barriers to exist. You follow me very clearly.
That is our perception at this time. There are individuals with you tonight of your time who can place more identification upon them. Now that you have made them aware, at your break time you may find some assistance.
In October, I asked you about 2 islands in the Bahamas that you were trying to—we are in the process of acquiring at time to create a dolphin center.
We have encountered a benefactor who has offered to build us a research center in Florida where we now are to expand our facility to purchase it to fix it and so forth and so on. Uh, it seems to be real because the dolphins are very excited. They’ve been jumping up and down for three days since this whole thing began to be discussed here in California. That and I guess my question is you said some wonderful things about those two islands in the Bahamas.
Dream Healing with Sandy
I have been in the process of becoming aware in my dreams, and recently in conversation with you I mentioned to you about a friend of mine, Sandy Sandre or Sandy Keys, who has recently passed away about a year and a half ago. Hi.
And she, after our conversation, came to me in a dream.
And in this dream—I was with—I believe I was with somebody else that’s here right behind me when I asked a question. And we did a healing together. We did a healing of two people.
And Sandy came up to me. We were walking down the street and said, “Do you want to go with me?” And I said, “Yes.”
And she grabbed my hand. And we went up to this woman’s house, and we were about to go through the walls of the house, and I said, “No, no, wait a minute.” Thinking from a third density point of view, you can’t do that.
And she said, “No problem.” We went right through.
And we came upon a woman that had recently lost her child and was there crying and moaning about the baby. There was like a small crib that she was rocking back and forth, and we did a lot of healing for the woman, and then we left. Nice.
And we went to somebody else’s house and helped to heal them, and I saw what I believed to be were large centipedes or something like that on the ground, and was afraid to step on them.
She said, “Don’t worry, they won’t—they won’t hurt you. They’re the things that people draw to them in diseases.” Thoughts in a sense. Thoughts, right? Thought forms.
And I was afraid. She said, “No, don’t worry about—oh, you are in the astral realm. Nothing can touch you in that sense.”
I realized that we were talking up a storm the whole time this was happening.
And then we went out of this guy’s house, and we saw him in a car, and he was to stop somewhere, and it was like an indication of—he was to stop at a light and he didn’t or make a stop, and it was an indication if he received the healing that we gave to him, and he didn’t stop.
And the next thing I knew is I felt I was looking at her, and it felt like her head—part of her head—was like dissolving, and I was looking into her brain.
And I realized later that that was—and it didn’t scare me or frighten me or anything. It was just looking at her, and it was like she was showing me something about the impermanence of a physical body—is that that would be the way of communicating to her, and that it’s not that important. Yes.
And then I felt that I swallowed something and woke up feeling that she had poked me a couple of times on the right side of my ribs.
And as I often described her—in this dream of us poking one another. Yes.
It was astounding and ecstatic, and I was overjoyed by the whole experience.
Thank you for allowing your physical dream and your non-physical dream to blend and merge so that you can live your dreams.
You know, many of you are of quite a bit more assistance than you know in your dream lives to other individuals. You all have things that you do. Many of you have dream jobs, in a sense, and many of you do go about assisting other individuals in many different ways.
As you begin to blend these two realms together—the non-physical and the physical—all of these different levels, particularly what you call the astral level immediately above your physical level, will begin to materialize into your world.
So that interacting with beings on that level will become quite commonplace, and they will be able to have more interaction with you. That fluid communication will create an ability for individuals to not have to feel they are stuck between one level or another, or fear the symbols that are created to represent their fears that manifest in those astral realms.
Thank you for having the willingness to go exploring and to bring a bit of where you went back to your own level. More and more blending.

Mystery Illness and Authority
One idea is to simply allow you to know that regardless of the structure of information that has been set up in your society, regardless of the structure that you refer to as authority—even to that structure—there are many things that are a mystery.
And that you are your own final answer. You are your own exploration of any mystery you create.
Everything does occur for a reason, and many of the reasons can be extremely simple. The reasons in and of themselves do not have to be mysterious in that way.
Many of the things that individuals may not understand at any given moment—they, as you say, chalk it up to mystery. But that may simply be another way of saying that you do not have to have conscious analytical awareness of all the things that occur in your life for why they occur at that given moment. But that somewhere down the road it will make itself clear, make itself plain.
Now, one of the ideas was to allow you to know that you don’t necessarily have to worry about relying upon the authoritative structure so much, and that you eventually will alter yourself one way or another regardless of what they say they can or cannot do.
It allowed you to go through a door of trust regarding authority and allowed you to know that the final authority is in you.
That is one of the reasons you created that idea, because in the past, you see, you have created in many different lives many run-ins, as you say, with authority in that way.
Now you have given yourself an opportunity to know you are relaxing your creation of authorities all over you. You can interact with them freely. You can allow them to be who they are. And you can discover that even the authority that is supposed to know everything still contains mystery and room for exploration.
So that you will become more equal with them in that way. And they, in a sense, will then not have to create a gut ache in that sense in you.
You will learn how to allow yourself to encompass them. They will learn how to allow themselves to encompass you, so that you can allow each other to be who you are and respect each other for what you are, and not thinking that any one of you has to be more right than the other.
There are a few aspects of this idea that your guides have to share with you as well, and this will be shared perhaps in some of the events that occur in your daily life or in your dream realities beginning tonight of your time.
But in a sense you have taken yourself through a process, and you have allowed that process to take you beyond the old expectations of the old society, placed you on a different level.
Recognize in many ways that you were clever in doing what you did, and the experience you created was not unlike the experience that many other individuals have had, and the physical channel before you has had.
For recognize that that particular area of abdominal pain is an area your medical practitioners have absolutely no way of doing anything with. There was nothing they could do for you. That is an area outside their understanding but not outside yours.
You created an occurrence. An occurrence that they desired to assist you with but could not because of the limitations they had placed upon themselves.
More and more individuals that give them the opportunity to recognize that there is something here that they are out of touch with will allow them to explore more and more in different areas.
Now knowing that the studies they already have do not answer at all. You are luring them, in a sense, out of their shells in many ways, and that is one of the reasons you have co-created that with them. And you have in many ways also used it as a part of your own process to take you through a gate.
Sometimes those gates are painful simply because of the expectations and belief systems you have been brought up with in your society. But bit by bit those gateways and processes will become less and less and less painful.
What is your physical age?
You are at a master number. 22 and 33 are also master numbers at which you may experience another large threshold gate.
But you have actually adopted at this age an idea that it takes many other individuals until the year 33 to act out. You have cut that into thirds. And so you are accelerating that much more quickly.
We thank you for your boldness in that way, for it will make a difference in any other interactions you now have from this point forward in your life regarding what you decide needs to be mysterious or can simply be understood for the commonplace occurrence that it is, and the creation that it comes from you and serves all individuals involved.
It is not isolated within you. Just what do you have to gain from it or learn from it, but also what their part—your medical world, whoever else you interact with—have also to learn from it.
You’re a very bold teacher in that way. You will be boldly teaching for quite some time, and each interaction that you have in our perception will become more and more bold as time goes on.
To the individual we were just speaking with. There is another name, another vibration that has to do with you. And we find to our great joy that we are allowed now by your guides to share it with you. In no way, shape or form do we mean this name to elevate you in ego above and beyond anyone else, but it is something that you may cherish and hold within you. And that name is Brightar.
Direction of Life and Excitement
That way, turn left at the corner. Turn left at the corner. That’s how I came here.
Now, first of all, before we continue, you know that we are not making fun of you yet. We are creating fun with you. This is one of your answers right here. The idea of the direction of your life. Allow it in whatever way you do choose to go. At least allow it to contain some fun, some laughter, some lightness. Go.
Much of what you are describing is becoming the normal work out in the world. Right? So you’re not alone.
Manifesting your direction is simply a matter of deciding what excites you the most in all the things you are offered. Excitement is your key. Which one do you prefer above and beyond all others? Which excites you the most? Whichever one it is, follow it.
Excitement is the key. Excitement is the vibration of ecstasy that represents who you are, who you can most effortlessly be. So are you willing to believe it is that easy?
Yes. All right then. It is that easy. There is no need to be in a quandary about the direction of your spiritual growth.
First of all, do remember you are a spirit. Anything you do will be a spiritual act. If you decide that it is in the direction of your growth, then it is an act of spiritual growth.
Your body is not what your spirit is in. Your body is your spirit in physical terms.
So whatever you decide represents the thing that excites you the most. That is the light that shines most brightly in the direction you can go. It is that easy.
Excitement is the thread that leads to all other excitement. Excitement is the translation of the energy that represents the path you chose to be and represents the path you can be most effortlessly and the path that will support you most abundantly.
Excitement tells you all these things. It is the one sign you usually all ask for. “Give me a sign, please. Oh universe, oh All-That-Is, oh God, please tell me, give me a sign.” The sign is called excitement.
That is the sign because it is the vibration that is straight ahead. It’s the frequency that is straight ahead.
So follow it with integrity. You will always be supported in whatever way abundance needs to manifest in your life to allow you to continue to be the exciting being you have chosen to be. It is that simple. Let it be that simple if you will.
