If you simply can know that you are attached to fourth density reality then your habits your attitudes in this way and your belief systems will automatically change. You can work it from either direction and the effect will be the same.

Uh one of the things that that I’m curious about is if we can look at altering our attitudes and behavior and that’s an effective approach as well as the beingness as well as experiencing simply the beingness of being there. What is it in the context of say um oh let’s take politics uh is there I I don’t have a clear understanding let’s say from a political point of view of of necessarily the attitudes and or behaviors that are more closely aligned with the fourth density existence.

The religious idea will also change. Not so much the sexual realm except in the idea of the attitudes between yourselves in forming the relationships that you form.

How would you how would you if how would you suggest then that we might more rapidly approach a fourth sense of existence? How is it that we could align our sexual attitudes and behaviors to more rapidly approach fourth density?

First and foremost, in this way, allow the relationship as they occur in the form in the manner that they occur to be the manner in which you want them to occur. Allow the relationship as they form in the way they form to serve you rather than putting expectation upon the relationship to become what you think it should be following. In that way you will then allow the relationship to serve the purpose for which you attracted it to yourself and then it will transform in whatever way that will be obvious for you to reflect to yourself the idea of your own force density acceleration and momentum. And along with that in relationship the idea can also be created within your attitude that you know that you do not need a relationship in order to be complete. In this way you simply know that you are complete as you need to be and you can attract an equal relationship in which you can share with each other the idea of the completeness you already are.

Then that is it. There is no need to continue the expectation of the way you think she should act to make you feel better about the relationship. If you are complete with the idea that you are learning with each other, then it won’t matter to you what she does—you will love her just the same. And so to you, from your point of view, from your end of things, the relationship is now and will be just fine because you are willing to let her do what she needs to do, and that is a part of the relationship. And that allowance is what will paradoxically allow her the quickest opportunity to make the transformation and represent herself in your reality in the way you are now assuming you would like to see her.
