Procastination

Asker: I wanted to take a look at a repeating pattern in my life that I haven’t conquered

Bashar: Why do you need to conquer this pattern? Are patterns things to be conquered or experienced?

Asker: This one I’m tired of experience.

Bashar: But the transformation will not be the conquering the previous fire horn. It will be a matter of assimilating and integrating it.

Asker: I’d like to assimulate and integrate this pattern. I get excited about answers. Then I find the next day I don’t do it. I let it slide and then I negatively judge not doing it.

Bashar: What in your imagination if you would be so free right now as to use your imagination, use your mind’s eye, use your visualization capabilities, what would you imagine would occur if you were in fact to do to act.

Asker: Well, much of what I wanted to produce would get produced.

Bashar: All right, Vern. Is that something that excites you?

Asker: Yes.

Bashar: Burn. What would be the idea that would stop you? What would be the idea that would stop you?

Asker: I don’t know.

Bashar: All right. I just find it. Go over it one more time. Okay. Picture. Picture. Picture. Yourself doing. Do you see yourself doing?

Asker: Yes.

Bashar: What are you doing?

Asker: Writing a script. Uh contacting people with regard to making the film.

Bashar: All right. All right. act it out even further when you are writing this script as you say contacting these people as you say what are you saying how are you doing it how is the interaction going what is being said to you

Asker: I find myself as I’m visualizing it now with not the degree of certainty with the right very that it’s going to act

Bashar: You can use your imagination to delve—not in a judgmental sense, not in an analytical sense, but in a sense as a microscope. You can look at successive levels of, I’ll say, specificity, levels of degree of activity. You can in that way allow yourself to think of the different levels of occurrence within the activity in that way and view each and every level more and more with a distinction to detail.

In every case, if you see yourself acting, ask yourself: How are you acting? If you are acting within a specific circumstance, then see yourself acting in that specific circumstance. How are you sitting? How are you talking? What are you saying? Who are you talking to? Who is talking to you? What are they saying to you? How are they sitting? How are they acting towards you? How are you acting toward yourself while they are acting towards you?

Go and play out the entire scenario, as we said, as if it were real. Do not slough it off: “Oh, well, now I’m talking to them. Now I’m doing this.” No. If you are going to talk to someone, talk to them all the way out in your imagination. When we say act it out, we mean act it out entirely—every nuance, every shade.

What time of day is it? What type of chair are you sitting in? Or are you standing, or are you kneeling? Begging? What are you doing with this individual? What are you wearing? Are you drinking something? What are they drinking? Is the light coming through the window? Set up the entire scenario, whether or not it may represent the actuality of what you may allow to be released within physical materiality.

What you may allow to manifest in that way, what you may allow to unfold will not matter. But the degree to which you are willing to act through the entire scenario emotionally will then give to that scenario the e-motion—that is, energy in motion—that it requires to manifest physically.

Do not go quickly by, saying, “Well, now I’m talking to them. Now I see them granting me this. Now I see myself doing this.” If that is not working for you, then when we say act it out, we mean it. You do not go to a play and expect them to walk upon the stage and say, “Well, now we are having this conversation, but you don’t really need to hear the rest of it. Now we’ll get on to act two. What did you think of act one? What do you mean?” It had no substance. What? Are you some kind of critic? You understand?

You go to a place to see the entire idea acted out before you. Give yourself no less of an opportunity to act out within yourself the entire opportunity. Do you understand?

Therefore, by doing that, you are then finally allowing each and every personality portion within you and the separate actors upon the stage to play their part, and to allow those that need to enter from the wings to do so. Otherwise, if it is act two already, all the people waiting within you to play act one will go home.

Asker: Do I act myself? Often I will act myself into a stop into a barrier and quit.

Bashar: In your imagination, allow yourself to allow that to be valid. Then you can, if you wish, continue the act by transforming that into another idea. Well, all right. Now I tried that. Let me do this. Let me act this out. Acting that out had this result for me.

Now let me bring in a few more players. Let me change the scenario around. What other players within myself and other portions of my personality can I bring into the play? What will change if I do so?

Understand that the more fun you have mixing and matching and blending the personality portions within you, the easier you will create the entire play from within you in that way. And you will find exactly what components consciously that you need to bring to bear to have with you.

When you do in that way, then attract the individual or individuals or situations necessary for the unfoldment of this act physically. Then you will be in that moment when those individuals are attracted to you, bringing to bear all the exact personality portions within yourself that you will require to communicate with those other individuals effectively.

Otherwise, they will still be there waiting in the wings. And you know that when you go away from that meeting unsuccessfully, you will hear them talking to you: “Why didn’t you let me get out there and do my part?”

Asker: Should I act myself through?

Bashar: There is no should. Simply act, act, act, act, and do it thoroughly. Go through it as an exercise if you wish, in any way you wish, as many times as you wish.

Akasha Breakoff

Asker: Someone spoke of akasha separating off from I didn’t get everything. So, it sounded to me like in the transformation akasha which I felt represented the positive choices would break off from whatever would be the negative choices. Am I Do I understand that correctly?

Bashar: Are you talking about the transformation from 3rd to 4th density?

Asker: Yes. And is there a breaking off of akasha..

Bashar: The creation of what you turn to be paralleloity in the sense that whatever vibrational reality you choose will then create in a mass conscious way a distinct and separate universe representative of that particular vibration. Any other individuals with whom you shared vibration previously, if they choose another distinct and separate vibration will in a sense split off into that vibration and you will not in that sense encounter them anymore.

Asker: So the apparency is um that they just they will not appear to you uh ever again. Uh on the apparent kind of that way.

Bashar: Yes.

Asker: That implies that it can happen the other way. I’m I’m talking about say an acquaintance that has chosen the negative side. You’ve chosen the positive side.

Bashar: Understand it is not even a matter of negative positive. It may be a matter of identification with specific ideas. Even specific ideas both positive do not have to include each other in their universes.

Asker: Right. Okay. Okay. But in the case of the choice of negative versus positive, then there will be a separation during the time and after the time of the transformation being that the primary idea of the transformation at this time will be for the creation of a positive reality upon the surface of your planet. Mhm. But uh I understand that there would be those who do choose a negative and then they would go off in their own parallel dimension in a sense.

What would actually does that mean that they would disappear from the face of the earth?

Bashar: It can happen that way or simply you would not come into contact with them should they in a sense remain within your density. There can be to some degree negative fourth density choice some degree.

Job Market, Financial Potential

Asker: I was wondering how my job market potential is and what my future financial potential will be.

Bashar: That is up to you completely and utterly. You create your own reality. You create the future from the present.

There is no such thing as a prediction of the future. Recognize that the future is being created from the present and any prediction socalled will simply be the sensing of energies that exist in the present.

If you choose to change those energies, out goes the prediction. The prediction that comes through in your vernacular in your terminology is simply the sensing of the energy that has the most likely momentum of acceleration behind it to become a probable reality.

At any moment in time because you are creating all of the moments in time you have equal potential to any idea as long as you vibrate equally to the vibration of that idea.

Whatever you do manifests in your physical life manifests because at that moment based upon what you believe about yourself that is the vibration to which you feel equal.

Therefore, you may repeat after me: the vibration of abundance is equal to my own.

That is a mathematical equation.

Represent an actual equation of vibration resonance within the energy field that is created by your consciousness as it impeses itself upon the matrix energy field that you call reality.

Recognize that your potential is equal in any endeavor as long as you consider every endeavor to be equal to every other endeavor. Your own excitement that which you call your excitement and your desire in such and within excitement is your conscious recognition your conscious translation of the vibration that is representative of the path to which you are equal at that moment.

Therefore, if you can sense the idea of being excited about being abundant, and we mean more than just what you call monetarily, then you can know that allowing yourself to be excited is an indication that you are in harmonic resonance with the vibration of the idea or you would not be able to perceive it at all. That which you can perceive, you are.

You have your own saying, and there is great reality to the saying. It takes one to know one. Understand that if you can perceive an idea, you are that idea. Ideas are not things that you have. Ideas and events are things that you are. You follow me. I be that idea. Act as if that is you now. And you shall see that your physical reality has no choice but to be obedient to the idea you hold yourself to be in the same manner that your physical shadow must conform to the shape of your physical body. Do you follow me?

Relationships and Judgment**

Asker: How this present relationship that I have is it a good one for me?

Bashar: There is no good, there is no bad.

You have created your reality and everything that you create for yourself is valid in that it serves a purpose of your own choosing. This cannot be made any clearer than this.

You are always creating exactly what you need to reflect to yourself the portion of your consciousness you have agreed to explore at this time. Understand therefore that everything that occurs within your life does not happen to you but because of you and is an opportunity for you to recognize that there are no interruptions in your life.

Every idea in your life is there because it is valid, because you have created it to serve a purpose. When you are in that way desiring any situation to transform into something else, all you need do is allow the original situation as it has been created and co-created by you and whomever to serve the purpose it was created for.

By not denying that it is a valid creation—by allowing any symbol to serve its purpose—it can then change. It can then transform. Change and transformation are the only constants in the multiverse.

You do not have to make anything change. You make things stay the same through judgment and separation from the idea.

Separation in the sense that you are not the relationship, that it is something outside yourself that you do not deem to be a part of the life that you think you should be living—all these are judgmental statements upon the self.

Methodology and Individual Paths**

Asker: question sir yes uh you were telling John that we should visualize and create in detail the process of achieving what you want to achieve before. It seemed to me you’d said that you should create what the effect you want to have. Who were we speaking to before? Were we speaking to John or someone else?

Bashar: That will answer your question. Every individual is their own path and has their own methodology.

When we speak to each individual, we speak to their own creations. When we say therefore that this methodology would be something we would suggest, we do not say even that is exactly the only way. There is no only way. If there were only one path, there would only be one person.

Each person can also be a multitude of paths and methodologies. Thus, when we suggest, and I repeat and underlying suggest, a methodology, it is not a should, and in no way, shape or form does it cover the idea extending even beyond the one person that we are speaking to, unless other people choose to identify with it and make it their own.

Fear, Vulnerability, and Trust (The Dance Lift)**

Asker: I’ve been allowing myself to experience um lots of different forms of fear, to explore them. just in the past 24 hours, fear of being an anxiety of being bored, fear of doing the same old thing, fear of I don’t know..

Bashar: As you explore them, you probably will not be bored.

Asker: I also feel like I know I have the answers to and and the reasons for and and I sense where it’s leading me and I’ve already worked through a lot of that stuff. Today I was at my rehearsal and there was one fear in particular that came up that while I still feel like I wanted to explore it a little bit um more okay there’s a particular list um where the guy lifts you in the air and um I’m fairly afraid of heights as it is but I usually just do it anyway and but

Bashar: Each individual when they perceive other individuals and what they have to share always will find within themselves a portion that is touched by the idea or you would not be perceiving it.

Every idea, object, word, relationship, situation, color, mood, emotion, sight, sound, taste, smell, feeling that you experience in your reality. Everyone is a symbol that relates to you in some way because you are creating everything that you are sensing.

Thus everything that transpires with any other individual does connect into each and every one of you if you will listen not only to other individuals but to yourself continue.

Asker: I was afraid of heights and I usually just do it anyway, but there’s and there is one particular lift that I’ve done before which is pretty um scary because you’re it’s like bal almost like balancing on a pin.

This girl had to do it today. And I could just feel my body as she was going for it getting really um afraid. And I started thinking about all the other fears and thinking about how this relates to me and about um facing that fear and thinking that all right what am I afraid of? I’m afraid.

Bashar: Do you suppose you could have been feeling her fear?

Asker: her fear. Yeah, I have feeling her fear too.

Bashar: Is it possible that you have chosen to feel also other individuals fear for the purpose of allowing yourself to become also a teacher with regard to knowing how to relate to their fear? It is possible. It is not directly a generation of your own fear.

Asker: Yes, possible. Go ahead. All right. I haven’t looked at that.

Bashar: All right. Then you may include that in the total perspective.

Asker: Um, one of the things that we were talking about in terms of the lift was if you’re in such a vulnerable position and one move in quote unquote the wrong way and you can literally fall on your face and it’s essential would be very exciting.

Bashar: Yes, it would be very exciting and very painful.

Asker: And I was thinking of it in terms of relationships and what you said before about being vulnerable and having vulnerability being a place where you’re open to all positions and therefore a place of ultimate strength. Right.

Bashar: Yes.

Asker: Okay. And so I was looking at it from that perspective. But then I was thinking all right to be vulnerable then you have to be willing to have the negative part happen. You have to be willing to have that happen. You have to be willing to know that you contain all possibilities. Right? When you are willing to contain all possibilities, then you can choose the probabilities that you know you are. Okay, I came to that one as well. And for some reason this one I it’s like when when we do the firew walk this town for some reason dealing with those those cults in some way now to me seem very inanimate than some person who I’m putting my entire body I’m trusting my to me. Okay I’m playing this out for you. I’m trusting my entire body my entire welfare and that position to that other person. And I was thinking well that other person is me you know it’s no difference with me. But all right. But then there’s the other part and it says it’s me and but it’s me and I don’t have control over that. I mean I it’s like I can see both sides.

Bashar: You have cocreation which is control. You follow me? Not control over control with. You do not need control over them. You have control with them. You are both cocreating and both in control. You follow me?

Asker: Yes, I understand. But will that make a difference?

Bashar: No, it doesn’t make a difference.

Asker: Why not? Because I can still imagine myself running for that lift and thinking, okay, we’re co-creating it and I can still fall on my face. So what?

Bashar: that allow me to suggest that if you fall on your face, you will not be bored. You will not be in fear. It may be one way that individuals choose to allow themselves to get over their fear. By going through with the idea and experiencing in that way that type of an effect, then you will be over it.

Asker: I’ve already done that.

Bashar: Then understand that all you are doing is creating it again. There is no need for you to experience more than once that idea unless you choose to.

Bashar: How do you feel?

Asker: All right. Very good.

Bashar: Why would you be willing to stand up? How do you feel now? Why? Why?

Asker: Cuz I’m standing on my own.

Bashar: Yes. You are exactly that willing and therefore you are knowing that any any idea that you wish to change you can change just that easily. Every moment of time that you create to exist, you create yourself a new again and again and again and again. You are eternal and infinite and constantly created a new paradox.

Asker: Yes. But that is the multiverse of physical reality.

Bashar: You are doing a dance right now. You are not falling on your face. You do not fall upon your face in the dance of life ever. Even if you literally fall upon your face, it is something you have created as part of the dance. You already know that individuals when they are willing to be completely themselves in all aspects and find themselves equal in all creativity will integrate the fall upon the face into the dance and make the audience believe that that is so. It is called improvisation.

But this can be negative and it can be positive as well. That if you pretend enough, it will be real.

Asker: True.

Bashar: This is all there is to the creation of your reality, your imagination, and what you are willing to do with it. primarily what you are willing to do.

Identity Quotient and Time

Asker: What would you term identity quotient to be?

Bashar: There can be several meanings to this idea. One can be a degree of willingness to allow yourself specifically to identify with any idea with any vibration. You follow me? To become any idea. Many times it can be expressed in what you turn to be percentages. But understand that to us even in your terminology to say that you are quote unquote 10% willing to identify with a specific idea is in and of itself its own 100% complete idea. You follow me? The idea of being 10% of something is its own idea. 100%. It really is not to us 10% of something.

Asker: What if you’re going back to an old identity?

Bashar: How is any identity?

Oh, except that you create the vibration of resonance that to you represents the ideal you call the past which you are creating from the present. Understand in that way that if you are creating an idea and place it within the time structure that you are also creating as an old idea then to some degree simply all you are doing is creating an idea of yourself and it will depend upon how you choose to view the time track from this point forward. But if you are viewing it within the idea that you judge yourself to get better with time or as you say progress then within that viewpoint of a time frame structure any idea you consider to be old will be placed in the idea identity you call the past and thus seem to be less progressed. Do you follow me? Let me put it a different way. Let’s say it’s an identity you have forgotten you were and you’re going back to that. Why is it a back? Understand that memory is also created in the present. Understand that the idea of revealing to yourself at your own pre-arranged timing the idea of another portion of your identity does not necessarily mean that it is exactly back. It might also be future in that sense but it is eternally present and you are simply gathering portions of your identity into your consciousness.

That is what we said then from the outset in that way where it concerns willingness to identify with all portions of yourself and make them your own in the present rather than identifying them as past or future in a sense. This is where they can be acted upon. You cannot act upon a future sense of self. You cannot act upon a past sense of self. You can realize they may be there in that format as you create them to be in that format. But the only aspects of yourself you can act and that is the key word upon is those you allow to be consciously present.

Does this mean what you’re saying is that the consciousness that you pull in, in other words, you pull in different consciousnesses, you expand your awareness of a conscious which is already here. Which then would include a new identity.

Asker: In other words, like different consciousnesses mean different identities. What I’m talking about, let’s say for someone is the you know Shakespeare talked about the idea this is the stage of life. All right. So let’s say for example somebody was somebody who wasn’t an actor got involved with the stage of life and got so confused by the roles they had there they forgot who they really were and then suddenly had the roles removed and now are on their way back to being who they really are.

Bashar: All right. Assumption number one that you assume that being confused was not part of the role and was not chosen when it was.

Thus it does represent a part of the overall identity which did choose to have a fragment of its consciousness be confused. That is a part of the idea of being an actor upon the stage of your physical planet at this time. Though that is an act that is being changed. You are all making the transformation into other aspects of realization about your identity in the whole soul self because you are now choosing as a civilization to become consciously aware of the choices that you are making that do create your physical life. It is not that you in a sense are not part of the entire idea by choice. You were always you are always an actor if you are here always. The idea of revealing portions of your identity to yourself is also a part of the choice in exactly the manner that you are doing it.

Headaches, Anticipation, and Timing

Asker: I’m wondering why I keep having all these headaches. Off and on for a couple years. More than three.

Bashar: Do you enjoy anticipation a little bit more than doing?

Asker: Yes.

Bashar: Why?

Asker: Because doing is easy.

Bashar: Does that mean anticipation is difficult?

Asker: No. But anticipation puts a note there. Doing is easy.

Bashar: You are always doing. Even when you think you are not, you are doing that. Therefore, may I ask you, is there something that you think if it is so easy to do might be done so quickly, you would have nothing else to enjoy, nothing else to anticipate?

Asker: Everything that I can conceive of.

Bashar: Do you mind that everything you can conceive of is easy to do?

Asker: Unless I make it hard.

Bashar: Yeah. All right. And you are saying that you may choose to make it hard so that you will enjoy the anticipation more than the doing. Or allow me to say you will enjoy the doing of anticipation more than the doing of another idea.

Asker: Not necessarily. I would enjoy the doing this. I just would enjoy the doing this without having the headaches at the same time.

Bashar: All right. Can you imagine doing without headache?

Asker: Yes, cuz I’ve done it before.

Bashar: You’ve done it before. Are you doing it now?

Asker: No.

Bashar: You are doing it now with headache.

Asker: Yes. No. Yes.

Bashar: All right. Is there right. Is there anything that you have ever anticipated that has created headache or it’s only doing that creates headache?

Asker: Not that I can think of.

Bashar: Anticipation does not give you headache. Is that what you are saying?

Asker: I don’t believe so.

Bashar: No. All right. Are you anticipating an outcome to this conversation?

Asker: Yes.

Bashar: Right now you are anticipating. Do you still have headache?

Asker: Yes.

Bashar: Then you are not anticipating. Are you sure you are anticipating? Or does this mean that this is the first time you have had headache while anticipating?

Asker: I don’t know.

Bashar: You cannot remember then another time when you have a headache during anticipation.

Asker: Yes. No. I can remember times when I’ve had anticipation and headache and anticipation with no headache.

Bashar: All right. Do you know when you did not have headache? Do you remember when you did not have headache?

Asker: Yes.

Bashar: Now, may I ask you another All right, thank you. I will. Can you now? All right. Thank you. Can you you now? All right. Thank you. Can you anticipate backwards?

Asker: Anticipate backwards?

Bashar: Yes. I don’t understand that.

Asker: Oh, thank you. I’ll explain. You said you can remember a time when you did not have a headache.

Asker: Yes.

Bashar: Can you anticipate backwards then to that time? Anticipate going to that time when you did not have one?

Asker: Yes.

Bashar: All right. Can you use your imagination to completely reverse though you may still create time forward the effect reverse the effect of your anticipation back to the idea before you created headache.

Asker: I hear what you’re saying. How does that feel?

Bashar: Can you sense a slight change in I’ll say temperature or any other energy flow within you?

Asker: Yes.

Bashar: How is it different?

Asker: Pressure in the back of my head gets less.

Bashar: many times individuals will create tension for themselves in the present when they anticipate that they are not yet their future selves which they assume does not contain any of these negative manifestations for you at this time. Your consciousness is simply locking a little bit more into the past sense of self that did not have those negative manifestations. Therefore, allow your attention in that way to know that you can lock into an anticipation of becoming another type of portion of your past learn.

Television, Timing, and Automobiles

Asker: It uh was uh a matter of interest. It happened and I thought, “Oh, are you missing your favorite program?”

Bashar: Yeah, I am. Right.

Asker: Oh, what is it?

Bashar: Rock. All right. Good. Now, may I ask you? All right, thank Now, may I ask you? All right, thank you. I need to ask. Oh, thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Is that the only program that interests you?

Asker: I’m not the only one. Me.

Bashar: All right. What do you imagine you would have been doing without your television?

Asker: Well, for this particular week, going to bed early, I’m having to get up early because of the work that I got to do.

Bashar: All right. So, you are saying that the timing is all right? Always perfect. But you also can know that when the timing fits another type of schedule, you will attract to yourself then the opportunity to give yourself either a repair or another set. If that is something that is really a part of the reality, you see yourself being.

Asker: I’ve already started that uh path. Yeah, that’s totally real to me. I was just interested um in in adding to the perfection of the timing of the TV going out also adding because I’ll add to the perfection of the timing. Okay. Giving myself a new idea which also includes analytical understanding of why I did it

Bashar: because you are exploring timing.

Asker: Okay. I knew that in any case I was exploring a portion of myself which was relevant and meaningful to me. Yeah. specifically timing.

Bashar: All right, great. All right, good. Next question. Um, I would not be surprised. Now, no need to have to create it, but I would not be surprised if within the vehicle you go out the mobile, your timing change were to give out to allow you an opportunity for another sense of timing slow down.

Asker: Well, uh interesting on that uh note because I am about to have my timing chain replay.

Anti-Gravity and Spacecraft Safety**

Asker: Somebody got an anti-gravitational field going that we could unlock reality. Well, we haven’t really figured out how to navigate with this thing. Would it be possible?

Bashar: I would suggest you do not step aboard. Allow it to be an experimental device and go where it will.

Asker: I presume that you kind of just disappear.

Bashar: Yes. Stay away from it as it will have a tendency to attract through it. I’ll say a portion of whatever it is in contact with and take that as well.

Asker: Would seven times the diameter be appropriate for the technology you would be using at this time?

Bashar: We would suggest more like 10 to 20.

Asker: Okay. Is this the rotating conductor? What are we talking about? Do you mean what is the diameter either of the conductor or the field that we are discussing? I’m talking about what would be the safe what is the diameter of the device that you envision?

Bashar: Well, uh I don’t know per se, but uh 10 times whatever that diameter would be would be I calculate 10 times or 20 times whatever that I’m wondering if it will be different for rotating conductor uh than it would be for otherwise you would suffer burns as individuals have when stepping near activated big spacecraft. You follow me?

Asker: Yes, they do. Well, I’m not close enough to it now to be worrying about it. Well, I’m not worrying about it.

Bashar: Now, allow me to suggest that when you begin to get close enough, you still worry about it.

Asker: Absolutely not.
